This is the first Manicure where I've been cut over 5 times. The place is pretty gross and no one wears gloves. My lines are more uneven than someone getting a hair cut with a knife. I would have preferred to break my leg than the pain of how they handle my nails. Do yourself a favour skip the infection and go any where else. read more

Awful. I've gone here a few times for a pedicure and each time and each person who's done it has made it an awful experience. They don't wait until nail polish is dry they just put your shoes on and send you on your way. Avoid this place at all costs!!!! They use the same tools on customers over and over. The place is filthy dirty! The staff were so rude to me telling me at nail polish only stay good for one day and that I should pay more. Well if that's the case why do they offer nail polish if it sucks so bad? I'm absolutely appalled they just charged me 55$ for a fill and shellac I asked how much a full set is and they said $60! How the heck is a fill 5$ dollars less????? DO NOT GO HERE. This place used to be packed a few years ago, after driving to three different nail salons who were all packed and couldn't take me I came here, there wasn't ONE other person in this place for the whole hour it took the guy to do my nails and when I walked passed after exploring the mall a couple hours later it was still empty. The guy cut and burned me multiple times, wasn't listening to what I wanted and missed half my nails with the shellac. worst crap hole I've ever been to. I needed to do some shopping and figured since there was a nail salon also in the mall, I could just kill two birds with one stone get my shopping done and get waxed. When I got there they pretty much yelled that I was getting a Brazilian wax, and than proceed to talk in their language for five minutes, leaving me standing there looking dumb. When they finally came to a conclusion as to who would do the waxing I was lead to the back, the lady spoke no English which would have been completely fine if she had a fricken clue what the hell she was doing. It was my first time getting a Brazilian and having watched numerous videos, I knew whatever she was doing on me wasn't a Brazilian. She didn't wash her hands, or fallowed any sanitary procedure, I was beyond disgusted and annoyed, so I told her to stop. Upon leaving they had the nerve to hint that I pay, long fricken story short NEVER AGAIN. I would never get my nails, eyebrows or anything else done at this place. This was the worst experience ever. Horrible service. They didn't know I could speak their language and they made fun of me during my session. The nails are uneven and the pattern extremely sloppy. I have holes in the pattern and the didn't even bring it across the full nail so sections are missing color. They charged me more for the " complex design " but that is crap because my little sister could do a better job and she is 4. Honestly the worst experience ever. And talking about me to my face is just a dystopian idiocy . Half my real nail shows. How are they still a business??
