On 04/16, I had an appointment for a mani/pedi. The pedicure went great and had zero worries about…read morethe same gentleman who gave me my pedicure, was also giving me my manicure; however, I do dip powder instead of gel and he said ok. Dip lasts much longer and tough enough to live life without bending and breaking my nails. Anyway, This gentleman, evidently didn't know how to do the dip, and half way through I noticed that the nails were very thick and not spread out towards the cuticle for that finished look and I told him that I was unhappy about it. He said my nails weren't dry enough to work with, so he put my hands in front of a table fan for 7 minutes while he went to smoke a cigarette. Upon his arrival back, I told him not to worry about finishing the nails, and to remove them. I told him twice to remove them, being very nice and not in a way to scold him for not doing a good job. He calls over an older gentleman, and tells him that I don't like my nails and he called out, "HA"! Like he didn't believe me. He took one look at my nails and escorted me to his table up front. I told him that he can take them off, but he seemed as though he was going to fix them. He did remove all the dip, and at this point, I had already been in there for 1.5 hours, so I was really hoping for this fix to be a little quicker than normal. So! This gentleman fixed my nails, they look beautiful; however, he told me that I had been there a long time and he was sorry, but didn't take anything off the cost of the manicure at all. I was shocked. He should have given me my manicure for free, considering I was now checking out another 40 minutes later. So! I didn't get a discount or a free manicure to make up for all that I went through, and it left them with a black mark in my book. Customer satisfaction should have been at the top of their list. At least.... the older man did a wonderful job on my nails, he still got tipped...the other gentleman got tipped for the pedicure only, since that turned out perfect and I have no complaints about that at all. I think I may give their salon a rest for a while and try out another nail salon in the meantime.

The girl that did my nails completely ruined my natural nails. On top of that, I visited a different salon today to have my nails done. When they removed the polish from one toe, the nail had the worst case of fungus I have ever seen. The nail was terribly brittle to the point that I will need to stop wearing polish until it grows out. This is just going to be great for the holidays. I recommend going elsewhere. This salon does not properly sanitize their equipment and tools.

They had my daughter and myself in a chair within 20 mins. My daughter's experience was great and my experience is why I'm giving them 1 star. This review isn't good, so I'll just list all this out. 1. Terribly!!!! hot water. Mentioned it and she got annoyed, but fixed it right away " Okay now"??? The tone was certainly there and little did I know that it was to set the tone for the rest of my visit. 2.Shoving and hard tapping my feet to move and do what she needed me to do. No words. (Yes, she knew English.) 3.No sugar scrub or massage with lotion. My feet and legs were swiped with cuticle lotion and it was smeared only half way up my calves and rinsed off. 4. Trying to tell tech about problem calloused area by pointing at my toe when she abruptly pushed my hand away, raising her voice to tell me not to touch her chemical callous softener. 5. Threw hot towel on my right leg and foot, scalding the top of my foot. It's still red and it was a day and a half ago. 6.Made fun of me after requesting no lotion massage on the manicure I had after my pedicure, telling me that I can always go wash my hands, ha ha 7. Worked sick. Maybe she treated me this way because she was forced to work sick, I don't know, but I'm not going back. My daughter will go back, as long as she doesn't get the lady that did mine. Her nail tech was very kind and did a great job on her mani/pedi. 8. The quality of my manicure was great, considering. The pedicure left me with rough feet that snag on my socks. With as busy as this nail salon is, and as nice as their salon is, I'm sure this kind of review is very rare. Hopefully, this nail tech will see herself in this review and stop this unpleasant and very unprofessional treatment of paying clients.
