I had no idea what to cash in on because I have never had a professional facial in my life. After consulting friends and doing a ton of research, I chose two skin care treatments that pushed me a little out of my comfort zone and am now kicking myself for not having scheduled this sooner! There was absolutely nothing to be nervous about. Mika was so professional, gracious, understanding, and made me feel comfortable. She talked me through each selection I chose and eased my concerns and discussed how to care for my skin after leaving the spa. Once she got to work I was able to relax and enjoy the time for myself. After my facial, I took a look in the mirror and didn't recognize my own face. My skin glowed, I looked hydrated and youthful, the dullness was gone and I felt more beautiful than I have in a long time without makeup. She liked what he did, so I offered to buy it for her for Christmas. The guy said if we were not satisfied then we could return it, he said this quite a few times. I paid for it and he put my receipt in the bag with the item along with a warranty slip. Once my daughter tried it, she said her hair did not do the same as he showed her. It made her hair frizzy and she also said the item looked different from the one he showed her. After my daughter told me this, I looked for the receipt and I found that the receipt said: No refunds exchange only within 14 days. On December 24, 2022, I went back to the mall to get the matter resolved and one kiosk was empty and the other kiosk was covered up. The amount was $139.36. I looked up the number and it has no info.
