Without exception, they all came to me to say how much they enjoyed it and how much of a treat it was. I wish we could do it every day! What a wonderful moment to have during the work day- 15 minutes of luxury, relation and pampering. On a personal note, I had a massage therapist come to my home for an hour long Swedish massage and loved every minute. The massage therapist worked hard on my tough spots and I truly felt looser and more relaxed by the time she left. Thank you, Soothe!!

Absolutely horrid customer service, no accountability from the platform nor the providers who…read moresimply do not care. I tried to book a massage for my dad on Father's Day. The providers cancelled and according to the platform I could "rebook for another time" as they "have no control over the providers and what they do" or don't do for that matter. Providers have until 2 hours before your appointment to cancel penalty free. When they do you aren't notified. You then have to rebook on your own. Getting a massage should never be this difficult.
