The providers cancelled and according to the platform I could "rebook for another time" as they "have no control over the providers and what they do" or don't do for that matter. Providers have until 2 hours before your appointment to cancel penalty free. When they do you aren't notified. You then have to rebook on your own. Getting a massage should never be this difficult.
