I tested positive for a prescription medication I am taking. I had the prescription with me but they kept repeating "we are not medical professionals." They made me drive an hour to a lab. The lab took a sample and sent it off and apparently it came back inconclusive. They then terminated my application and said I would have to wait 6 months before reapplying.

I was set up on a contract and was supposed to start 1/9. Randstad could not get my paperwork together even though they were given TWO weeks so I started a week late. I emailed the recruiter NINE times before getting a response three days later!!!!!!!!! (this woman should be fired immediately)! then they forgot to set up my time sheet, never sent me information regarding drug testing, and forgot to email my manager with instructions on how to approve my hours so I did not get paid for the first three weeks (I am supposed to be paid weekly). The typical response I get when I call is I'm sorry I don't have that information in front of me at this time can I call you back. No one has EVER returned my calls. I called again this morning after leigh ann had once again not returned my call from yesterday and was told by Sidra Brown their job is not a head hunter for individuals and basically their hands were tied as far as helping me in my job search. To continue applying online and she would mark me available in the system. H-E-L-L-O people I have been available since October of 2013. I have applied for job after job after job with this establishment and at this time I have absolutely no faith what so ever of them helping me to find work. This experience has been very unfortunate. The workers have been negligent and flat out lazy! I don't think I was asking too much expecting professionalism and good customer service. It has become apparent these people could care less about helping others to get a job, if anything it was more of a let down and eye opener to not depend on anyone else.
