I have tried contacting them multiple times and received absolutely no help. Initially, I contacted them to add an extra baggage allowance to my flight. They told me they couldn't assist over the phone and that they would forward my request to the appropriate department and respond by email. After waiting a full day, they finally replied only to say that we would need to purchase the extra baggage at the airport. Of course we know that it is possible to buy baggage at the airport, but the whole point of contacting them was to purchase it in advance, since it is usually cheaper. Their response was completely useless and showed no willingness to help. To make matters worse, for the past two weeks we have been trying to contact them again. Every time we call, the system ends the call saying they are too busy. The same thing happens with their online chat. With Latam, one of the airlines operating our flight, they are able to see our reservation. However, with Qantas our ticket does not appear in their system at all. In the Gotogate app there is also no information about our flight from Brisbane to Melbourne. At this point, the whole situation feels extremely suspicious and unprofessional. I strongly advise people to avoid this company. Do NOT book anything through them.
Don't they look happy?
Proof of ticket purchase.

This is a…read moresmaller-format store, so you won't find the endless showroom or full warehouse vibe you might be used to. Instead, it's more of a compact, city-friendly version where you can grab essentials, browse some displays, and order bigger items for delivery. I stopped in for a well-priced bottle of water and a USB-C cable in that classic IKEA yellow making it super easy to spot at night, which I actually loved. It's convenient if you live nearby or just need a few basics without trekking to the giant IKEA outside of town. But if you're after the full IKEA experience andwandering through endless rooms, grabbing big pieces on the spot, and topping it off with meatballs then this isn't it. Still, for quick trips and small hauls, it definitely does the job.

It is easy to book either through the mobile App, or through the easy to navigate kiosks right at the train station. Only thing to note is that the trains are on the outside of the main central station on the back side. This high-speed train whisks passengers from the airport to Oslo Central Station in a mere 19 minutes[1], making it by far the fastest option. In contrast, driving from the airport to central Oslo typically takes 40-50 minutes[3], over double the travel time of the express train. Traffic and road conditions can also make the drive unpredictable. With the Flytoget, you avoid all that stress and arrive in under 20 minutes, guaranteed. Some other great benefits of taking the Airport Express Train: - Departs every 10 minutes[1], so you never have to wait long - Children under 16 travel for free with an adult[1] - Print your airline bag tags right on the train and skip the airport check-in queues[1] - Comfortable, reliable, and the only high-speed train in Norway[2] For the fastest, simplest, and most convenient way to travel the 50 km between Oslo Airport and the city center, the Flytoget Airport Express Train can't be beat. Once you experience the speed and ease of the 19-minute train ride, you'll never want to drive that route again. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to or from Oslo Airport!

We booked via third party which price wise was great but a little bit more confusing. Leading up to the trip we were asked for booking information we were never given. After a couple emails back and forth I think we solved the problem. Once we arrived to the terminal it was easy to check in with the gate agent and then get onto the boat. Our bags were not search before getting on board and we were able to get on the boat a little early. Once on the boat there was a couple of dining options. We ate at the Italian restaurant first and little to no complains. For dinner we did the steak house and honestly it was a let down. Fairly expensive and mediocre food, I would not recommend it. I think next time we would do the buffet or the Italian restaurant again. The room was small, and slightly different than the photos but it did the job. For a quick trip we couldn't ask for much more. I think I enjoyed breakfast the most- highly recommend! If you are going to book you might as well book a nice room because it includes the breakfast. We paid about $160 for two people in a large room which felt like a good deal. There are a ton of cheaper options on the boat if you are looking for a cheaper option.
