Their attitude of the staff is very poor. If you ask for something, like a little more of something, they give attitude. When you come in, there is food on the tables after customers have gone. I have watched and noticed how long it takes them to clean up after a customer. Their bottles with hot sauce have crust on them around the top, which is so unsanitary. But overall, I would say the worst thing is their attitude. They're not very friendly they don't smile or greet you a smiles or a hello. When you serve the public, you have to be respectful and kind and take your time. If this is something that's hard for people to do that are in public service then they should resign from their positions. It is unfair for the customer that comes in hoping for great service and a good experience only to be met with coolness or an attitude. I order food ahead of time so it would be ready when I send someone to pick it up.. it was supposed to be ready at a certain time and we were there after the time mentioned on the order ...since it wasn't ready my person left and so I call the store and the guy answering the phone says that the time mentioned is just an expected time and the person should have waited and I say we waited for a few and left ... and he says you need to wait no matter how long!!! And he hung the phone up!!! Extremely rude and tries to say that is how business works!!!! Really ... that's not the right customer service !!!! This is my go-to place for Mexican. The staff are mainly Latino; and that's the way it's suppose to be! I love the Mexican language, culture, and the people. When I order they have patience while I practice ordering in Spanish. When I leave, I leave a very good tip for the excellent staff, the patience, and the kindness. Stopped today at 2:50pm for some food and after ordering we noticed that the place was filthy. There Wes food on the floor and nearly every table was dirty. I poured water on one and wiped it off so we could eat. We also noticed that the trash can by the food prep area was almost overflowing and there were several employees just standing around doing nothing or looking at their phones. Approaching the entry it has the same line up as Chipotle but as you walk up to order you have many more selection even offering a plant based meat "Impossible". I ordered a chicken bowl, brown rice, black beans, veggies, corn salsa, medium salsa, queso, cheese, and guacamole. The service was polite and generous when making the bowl. I believe they do not charge extra for guacamole which I enjoy. The food taste fresh and was actually delicious. I've been here about 5 times. Much better than the place next door (Panda Express). Food here is always ready to order, fresh, and the staff are all hard working and very nice. Three stars only because the prices are too high for what you get. Remember, beans, rice, and pico de gallo are cheap ingredients. Qdoba food is better than average Mexican fast food. I had the chicken burrito with all the basics, rice, black beans, cheese and several salsas. The spiced chicken is fresh and tasty. All the choices for filling the burrito are fresh and good quality. Service was a little slow, there was a good amount of employees working but only one taking orders and making food. read more
