I called to place an order because online was down. My order was received by a young man. When my husband went to get the order they denied I called to order it. 620-663-7273 what I called they said that wasn't the number. Idk they feel the need to lie but whatever . My husband asked to place the order then they took the order then said they couldn't take the order. We saved our money and went to Gambinos better food excellent service. Our orders were incorrect and it took a long time to receive. Food was cold when we finally got it. No lids for cups, no condiments available. Party of 4 and two were done eating long before the other two even received their food. How can this place even still be open? read more

Came here for the food choices. Sadly, I was disappointed. We were told, "everything is in the box" For starters, ordered mayonnaise only, got ketchup only. Requested ranch and got cocktail sauce with our cheese curds,(the best part of the meal). The shrimp taco, shell was old, dry and brittle, SMOTHERED in sauce, ordered 2 and got one. The worst part was the tea that had floating slime in it. Obviously I didn't drink it. Sorry, but I can't give a good review. Please try to do better. read more

We were the only people dining in the lobby. Our food set on the counter for several minutes until another customer saw it. Chicken was cold and undercooked. Fish was ok. Floor needs cleaned. Do not ever order on line for the restaurant on Santa Fe, Olathe, KS. I did not get most of my order and i had to wait 2 hours for them to tell me it was ready and in the bag to go. Was thrilled when A&W moved in with Long John Silvers in Hutch. I mean, A&W has the best root beer going. The problem is, the establishment needs "Adult Supervision"! The past 2 times we've been to the drive-up window, the staff are wearing filthy clothes. The window is filthy as well. Does it take that much energy to clean the window and the area around it?! They need an actual adult manager in duty. In the last month we have been twice and won't go back. They just holler out when your food is ready. I had given up on LJS. There didn't seem to have a manager and young people ran the business. A month or so ago I decided to try it again. Things have certainly changed. More mature people are running the restaurant. The food is back to the way it was a year ago. Food is fresh and delivered quickly. If they can't get the food out quickly they give you a reason before you pay. Give it another try. read more
