This is going to be a rant more so than anything ~~ So here goes, MOST times I would have nothing but praise for the management and staff. The staff for the most time is very friendly, smiley and greet their customers with a smile and courtesy. I have a suggestion when leaving your tip ~ HAND IT DIRECTLY TO YOUR SERVER. Do NOT leave open and available for anyone to make someone else to be tempted to snatch the money, depriving your server or the one deserving of your tip from receiving it. This location, 7020 West Central in Wichita Kansas. My grand-daughter who is 15 and was a Busser, was accused of removing some tip money from a table, The manager gave her a First Warning on this past Saturday and somehow, amazingly, another Warning on the next day Sunday for the exact same thing! I know that full service restaurants staff sometimes have their own little "clicks" and anyone that is NEW are usually the culprit in being blamed when something goes wrong, taking the attention away from the guilty person involved! Something else that makes me wonder about a Manager that gives the warning to an employee, about something as serious as a simple theft. The manger made mention that the money on the table was $15 dollars laying there, HOW would he/she know the EXACT amount of money if they had not picked it up and physically counted it themselves. THEY WOUKD NOT! Bottom line ~~ make it a habit of handing your tips to your waiter/waitress/server ~~ that way there is nothing to blame anyone for, especially removing tip money from the table!
