They offered us free delivery as a compensation which is essentially worthless as collection is easy for our tiler who is always in Ballymount area collecting bits from reliable suppliers. Offered nothing else and we are out of pocket. We were told to send an email.

It's now July, and we still have no kitchen. Throughout the process, the company repeatedly changed delivery dates without providing proper updates or clear explanations. No installation date was even mentioned until the beginning of June, when I finally received an email saying installation would take place on June 30th. After such a long and unexplained delay, I was already frustrated and skeptical. To this day, I still don't know what the actual reason was -- the explanations given were vague, and I genuinely question their truth. In early June, I formally requested a full refund of our €8,000 deposit due to the ongoing issues. Within hours, I received a call offering a discount, and we reluctantly agreed to proceed under the assumption that the kitchen would finally be installed. However, just a few days before the scheduled date, I emailed, texted, and called to confirm whether installation was really happening - and was completely ignored. At that point, we decided enough was enough. We submitted a second official request for a full refund of our €8,000 deposit - this time stating no negotiation. We simply want our money back. Again, our messages were ignored. We are now being forced to pursue legal action, which is both time-consuming and emotionally exhausting. After more then six months, we're left with no kitchen, no refund, and no answers. Do we really deserve this kind of stress after trusting a company with such a large investment? I strongly urge others to stay far away from Crozyl Kitchens and Plan-it Kitchenz. It's the same company, operating under two names. Based on our experience, they are unreliable, evasive, and unprofessional.

As Maire said this place is very fll of stuff so this is not the type of place you will go with that handbag that keep sknocking into things from your shoulder and its porbably not a great shop for kids either! too many breakables!

Experience with Karl's Furniture in Dublin…read more Hello, I want to share with you my personal experience with Karl's Furniture shop located in Dublin. I loved the choice of sofas that they have in the shop. So decided to buy one, I placed my order on 05.11.2011 and they told me that they will try to deliver this before Christmas, but cannot promise. But normally they would deliver within 8 weeks. They never called, so in mid January 2012 I decided to give them a ring to find out where is my new sofa. They promised to give me call back, which never happen. So after few days I called them again and again... and again. So at this stage I experienced very bad customer service. On Staurday 21.01.2011 (after 11 weeks of waiting) they called me and said that sofa never arrived and they don't know why. So I just went there to cancel order and get deposit back. I already bought a lot of furnitures in shops around Dublin and this experience was the worst one. Please note, that I'm only sharing my own opinion of their service. Thanks, Aleksander
