They're responsive to you if you say soft, hard, or medium for massage strength. They have a pretty nice and clean environment and they changed out to all new massage bed covers so it has a different look & feel. Ps. Do call to make an appt since they're always busy. The lady is Selina, who was excellent. She is the only therapist I tried because after the first and second times, the results were consistent with a quality massage. A nice change from other Chinese run businesses that pressure you to pay up front and in cash. That is always fishy to me and makes me question the ethics of a business.
