Such prompt fantastic service! I've been to them a couple times already at the last minute and Peter has pulled through to get my shirts done on time. I know they can print in bulk, but I've never had enough quantity to need that service. I get a few shirts digitally printed with my own artwork each time and they come out fine. I'd recommend lighter colored shirts for that process though. My only complaint is that there isn't enough variety in quick-dry athletic t-shirts....he's got everything in cotton though. read more

Five stars on Yelp means "As good as it gets!" I have to concur, especially with what I was experiencing. I needed to order shirts for the Dorchester Day Parade, and our otherwise branding company was being extremely flakey about the Memorial Day holiday in the two week time period I had, and trying to charge us additional speed shipping which would increase the cost of the shirts about a third. Oh, and they weren't even sure if they'd get there. Dejected, I started to look local. Enter QRST. They were able to take my order, make sure the art was great (I was worried about our logo appearing funky or pixelated), print, and box the shirts within a week with only a token speed turn around time charge and no set up cost. The walk to the building was a bit confusing and it was a bizarre neighboorhood. I had to do a pick up because they only deliver on Tuesday/Thursdays, and our timing was critical. Inside, the employees had my order ready, and I actually had a great conversation with one of the employees whose aunt had a similair job and company as I did. Shirts looked great (we did a very basic one color print), and that logo wasn't even an issue. I was so very surprised, and will go here again for future printing ventures (of which we're going to have many... yikes) read more

QRST has reasonable prices and great customer service. They worked with us to design the shirt (positioning of logo), provided prompt quotes and were able to deliver for free. Only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 stars is a mix-up in shirt sizing and number. However, they promptly refunded the amount I over payed and replaced the incorrectly sized shirts and let us keep the extras. I called around to have some custom printing for my business, Door to the Outdoors, on short notice and most places told me why it couldn't be done without proving and solutions. Not here though! We have used QRST's a couple of times for screen printing , Peter is always super responsive to emails and was good with the modifications we wanted to make to our original design. The bulbs had been swapped out on the printer or something so we were left with around 7-8 items that had burn marks on the back . We understand that situations like this do happen sometimes (hence the waiver we signed) and our previous order had been perfect. read more

My husband and I needed 2 shirts printed on very short notice for an upcoming race. Most places have a minimum quantity of 6 or 12 to have something printed, not QRST! I emailed Pete and he very promptly responded saying that it would be no problem to print just 2 shirts, and he would have them turned around in a few days. He communicated with my graphic artist, I dropped the shirts off late on a Monday and picked them up that Friday - just in time for our race. The shirts look awesome and they were very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again - quick turn around and no minimum quantity. They even printed our shirts with different colors of ink as we requested! (Also, they're located in the same building as Taza Chocolate, and he gave me a little t-shirt shaped chocolate - SO good!
