I explained the critical importance of having the job done in a week as I would be traveling out of the State for several months, and I needed the completed trophy to give to my son before I left. She said she would discuss the timing with ownership (either Sam or Mike Donatucci) and let me know if there was a problem. I called a week later and spoke to one of the owners. He said the work had not been done, but "check back tomorrow". I explained the critical timing issue, and asked him to please get it done in the next two hours while I drove there, as I was traveling out of state tomorrow. When I arrived the job was untouched with no explanation from the ownership (too busy I guess) who I spoke with 2 hour earlier! Linda was sincerely apologetic.

Initially, I called and left a voice message and Leo did call back and we spoke and he gave me what I thought was a fair quote and let me know that it would be $2 a letter and a $20 minimum which I thought was fine. He also let me know the hours of operation. I did show up the next day at about 10:45am where he failed to mention to me that the one metal he doesn't do is Tungsten - which seems like an important thing to mention. This should have been asked on the phone. This just irked me because I didn't have a lot of time to begin with to step out of work to run this errand then have to find some place else. They also don't have website that references this, and I can only wonder now if he turned me away because he didn't feel like doing my $20 work. If that's the case then that's fine because I am also then entitled not to refer this place to others as well. I didn't find the other place that I went to instead to have a problem with engraving on Tungsten.

Boy did he deliver; he did them the same day. The cushions had piping around the bottom and he finished very professionally AND at a reasonable price.
