I discussed with Linda Burton, Sales Consultant, that I lived 2 hours away, but I would be returning in a week. I explained the critical importance of having the job done in a week as I would be traveling out of the State for several months, and I needed the completed trophy to give to my son before I left. She said she would discuss the timing with ownership (either Sam or Mike Donatucci) and let me know if there was a problem. I called a week later and spoke to one of the owners. He said the work had not been done, but "check back tomorrow". I explained the critical timing issue, and asked him to please get it done in the next two hours while I drove there, as I was traveling out of state tomorrow. When I arrived the job was untouched with no explanation from the ownership (too busy I guess) who I spoke with 2 hour earlier! Linda was sincerely apologetic.
