They've been in a case since the day I got them and they were in pristine condition. When I picked them up, there were several scratches, scuffs and marks all over the case. On 5 March 2026 we had some computer issues and had to change from Windstream to gmail. A young man named Kenny arrived at our home and went to work on my computer. His skills amazed me. Myself being a novice with high tech, I had a lot of questions and had to be shown new things on G Mail. He was very patient and helpful with all my questions and needed instructions. They were friendly enough but charged a diagnostic fee that wasn't necessary since I told them what was wrong when I walked in. They offered to do a backup which I agreed to even though they charged a fee for that as well. The worst part was they required double what was already paid to replace the hard drive and wouldn't give me the backup files that were paid for. $158 for a receipt is all I got.

Either way I'm here to post a 1 star review because they have no idea what they're doing. Their lowest price is $1300 and their website claims you need to shell out nearly $2k just to achieve 60fps in Cyberpunk 2077, a feat a $600 computer can accomplish. Upon further inspection, their intel CPUs come standard on the problematic B660 chipset that is unable to deliver power properly to the CPU. There's not a Radeon or Arc GPU option in sight. They're charging $120 for Windows. The only good sight on their website is their choice of case, but even that is messed up because they're charging for the fans THAT COME BUILT INTO the case that they order.

Matt and Dustin were in the store and very knowledgable and friendly. They mentioned a lifetime warranty on all systems too. That's good peace of mind. Great to know if something goes wrong with my computer, I can just take it up the street and have the guys look into any problems. When I'm ready to buy my new system, Extreme PCs will definitely be on my radar.
