First off I went to this location to sell a power tool set I receive as a gift I had no need for…read more After presenting the tool set, I stated my reason forgoing reason I was selling it and I was asking $150 starting offer. The associate took the tool set and spread it out behind the counter. I then, was interrogated on how I acquired the tools, where they came from, if I had a receipt, and even more. It was horrible, I was treated like criminal being interrogated by a detective. I should not have to nor should there be any reason for me or anyone to have to go through such questioning to the point I had to call the person who gifted them to me in store causing me to have a emotional breakdown and distress. This behavior is totally unacceptable from anyone in any situation especially a business transaction. I asked $150 starting as the set at retail goes anywhere from $299-$399. Resale value at least $150. I tried to get possession of my tool set back when they offered $45, ha. The associate refused to and put the $45 on the counter. I just walked out. I'll be reporting this transaction to multiple government agencies.

Awful service ..waiting for an hour for the supposedly owner to come in to look at my items . Mind…read moreyou 3 other people looked at my items , asked me the same thing over and over again . I tried giving them a second Chance . I had collectors 2 dollar bills of the national parks on them and they underpaid me , considering they should have given me the dollar value . They didn't see it that way . these people are a joke and rip offs . They should take those awful commercials down .

I bought a tv. A row of pixels went out about a week later. I was warned by the guy who sold it to…read moreme to make sure to get the protection plan. Sure enough I bring the tv in a week or so later and they claim its physical damage and cant do anything about it. I had called up there a day or so beforehand and told some guy what happened and that hed replace it. But again. They claimed it was physical damage when i brought it in. I happen to know for a fact it wasn't. It was different people though. Not happy. Thanks for stealing my 400 dollars.
