My installer, Jess, after installing the system actually taught me how to use the system and then set up scenarios to test me on what I had retained. When he left, I knew how to use the system. I didn't have that with the big box stores. It may have cost a little more but wouldn't you want to know how to use what you purchased? They told me to call the 1-800 number, then when I called they referred me back to the store. The "manager" at customer service told me there was nothing he could do. I also paid with cash and the checkout system shorted me $20, I put 6 twenties in but it only registered $100. The checkout person put a twenty in and it didn't register her money either! She opened the door and her $20 was stuck. So be careful if they give you a card or if you pay cash, almost like a scam to take your money if you don't pay very close attention. If something goes wrong they don't care and will not be accountable and will treat you terribly! I usually love shopping at Target and spend LOTS of money on my Target runs but they took my $25.00 and lost all future business! I guess I will save $$ in the long run!! Terrible customer service!!

I needed to go out of town so we had to go to an independent phone dealer, wait 45 minutes till they got back from, and pay on top of the typical activation fees extra to get our phones. they also sold us a phone case that broke right away. I've been to this store twice to try and sell my Xbox. The first time they said I needed to bring a…read morecontroller to test it so they couldn't buy it. Why would a store that sells and buys console, games, controllers, etc, not have a test controller in order to test consoles and games? It makes no sense. The second time I went there I had brought a controller for them to use. Then they said it was turning on but it wasnt displaying on the screen. They pulled out another cord that they called the "test cord". The worker told me that "if this cord doesn't work then we know it's the Xbox because this is the test cord." They then told me it must be my console's HDMI port that is broken. The last time I used it, it was working just fine. So, I go home and the first thing I do is plug in the Xbox to test it myself. The console starts up just fine and starts displaying on my screen just fine. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CONSOLE! I called the store and told them that I just got home and tested the Xbox myself and it was working just fine and told me I would have to come back tomorrow and try again. So now I've drove all the way through town on two separate occasions to try and sell the Xbox at their store and the expect me to do it a third time! Both times ended with me leaving the store upset and confused.
