Wait times are outrageous - sometimes more than an hour for your scheduled appointment time. It's hard to get an appointment so unable to complete recommended treatment. My first few visits I thought the vet was great, but then it seemed like it was just about the $$$. More complex issues are unable to be handled/managed by the vet. read more

The staff and doctors at QC PetCare are wonderful. We love our pets and when we go here they treat them as they are theirs. Recently I had to put my best friend of 14 years down die to old age and failing body. The doctor and staff were so warm and empathetic to our needs. They gave us time with her prior and after her passing. 2 days later we received a well wish's card from the entire staff and doctor. This was unexpected. Of course it put us all into tears once again, but the love we have for our pet will remain forever. Although she isn't waiting by the door when I come home daily or sleeping next to my side of the bed nightly, she know I love her and now she is resting quietly in the hands of God waiting patiently for us to meet again. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't talk down to you like you don't know what you're talking about or they're talking about. I like the new facility as it is clean and inviting. My experience here was wonderful. I feel they were appropriately priced but above that I feel they genuinely care for the animals. I happen to love my dogs like my children and they made me feel safe in leaving my dog for a long procedure. A few days after the procedure I got a call checking on him. I had a couple concerns they checked him at no additional charge. The staff are are friendly and overall my experience was great. I'll continue to use Quad City Pet Care. read more

Absolutely amazing people. If you want a veterinarian and staff who truly love your animals as much as you do, then this is the place to go! Not only are they animal lovers, but they have the newest and best technology. At the age of 14 my Akita had suffered a couple of strokes. Unfortunately she has recently passed at the age of 17. However, I truly believe if it hadn't been for Dr Bob's love, understanding, patience and knowledge my wonderful Akita would NEVER have lived to be 17 yrs old. When she passed they sent me a sympathy card and everyone wrote a personal messages inside. She wasn't just a dog to me, she was my family and best friend. Dr Bob never treated her like she was just an animal. I ended up going here because I had an emergency (my dogs stroke) it was during office hours no and one else would see her (the ER wasn't open yet). I kept going here because of the wonderful care! I now take all of my babies there... They are the best in my book! Every one of them. They're wonderfully compassionate and will always have my business.
