There are lots of redneck anti-maskers on the loose in here because they do not enforce the mask requirement. Also, a lot of the employees wear masks below their nose. The employee who helped us checkout was very ghetto and slow. A lot of the merchandise in the store are very damaged. Example: Beat up cardboard boxes, 3 pack missing 1, etc. Overall, I do not recommend this Sams Club but sadly it's the only option in Albany

I asked, "HOW MANY PILLS ARE IN THE PRESCRIPTION." She said one. I said, one PILL? She said yes, ONE PILL. Then I asked for a different cashier and this other Pharmacist started trying to gaslight me by saying the cashier misunderstood me. More stuff was said and I left.
