This is honestly such a ghetto and unorganized Sam's Club. All Walmart's and Sams Clubs across the country now require face masks, and every location I've been to have been good about enforcing that, except this one. There are lots of redneck anti-maskers on the loose in here because they do not enforce the mask requirement. Also, a lot of the employees wear masks below their nose. The employee who helped us checkout was very ghetto and slow. A lot of the merchandise in the store are very damaged. Scheduled a tire install over a week ago for 12/12/24. Drove down from DeSoto Ga. Was just about there and 12 minutes before my appointment got a call to let me know they have not received the tires. Was I happy, no, was I impressed no. Asked when the tires would be there, NO IDEA. Why couldnt they have called me yesterday to let me know??? Instead it is more fun for everyone to waste my time, and my gas by waiting until the very last minute to let me know. The clincher was the smart assed "Have a great rest of your day" from the peson who called. Why didn't he just tell me to go F myself, because that is how it came across. Fix your damn scan and go. Had not worked the last three times I have been here. Works at every other location I go to in Dothan, Tallahassee, West Palm Beach, Baltimore, etc. employees are clueless. Their only solution is to connect to Wi-Fi, which is obvious, but does not fix the problem. Please get someone that knows what they are doing with your network to fix it. read more

This place is terrible. I despise the Sam's in Albany, GA. The most unaccommodating staff I've ever encountered in a Sam's, especially the meat department. It's almost like it brings a smile to their face and joy to their hearts to tell you NO to every meat cut request and hide behind "Sorry sir, we can't do that, it's company policy." Every other Sam's we've been to in this country has been happy to cut a steak any way we want it or from any part of the loin we wish to have it from... Nope, not these guys, they love to say NO with a big smile on their faces. Customer service is almost non existent in this club. Stop giving people a hard time about their ID cards. Whenever I'm in town we have to go to this place for one reason or another. I never experienced what others were complaining about. I've had nothing but positive experiences. Their cheesecake in the freezer section is the bomb. I always buy their fruit. Better quality. The potato almost tastes like homemade. If you want to throw some burgers on the grill with no hassle the angus ones are good. You can't leave however without having either a slice of pizza or a hotdog. The best. read more

Always have had a pleasant experience here. Bought 2 very nice televisions from here at a cheaper price. And now they have an app that you can pay without having to wait in line. Fucking awesome! I have to purchase toilet paper from here because of the great deal that I can get on 75 rolls since I go through toilet paper like Bill Clinton went through interns. Except I don't leave stains behind because I have enough poop tissue to finish the job. Not sure about their tire center that everyone complains about because I'd never buy tires from Sam's or Walmart. I'd rather go to an actual business that specializes in quality tires. The tire center needs a tuneup! Hours to 7pm I active at 5 pm and they informed me they are not repairing anymore tires! So I drive 35 miles to get the tire repair done. I wouldn't complain but this is 2nd time I encounter attitude here in the last 6 weeks! I understand if they were swamped be there were no cars in any of the bays! No more schedule for the day! Think next set will be purchased from Firestone on Dawson road the are awesome never a issue with them!! read more

Too bad there is not zero stars! This store is the worst! Can't tell you how many times I've been to the pizza deli for lunch, and they've been OUT OF PIZZA! I complained to the manager, and he apologized profusely, said it would never happen again. For awhile it didn't. Then my mother and I went on a Saturday at lunchtime. We noticed the counter looked particularly empty. Well, they had NO DOUGH! Seriously? Then there's the fact that their "walk-ups welcome" hearing test area doesn't allow walk-ups. Their Black Friday sales are bogus. Their credit card services are a joke...and a not-very-funny-one. Their customer service is the rudest I have EVER encountered. Ordered a cake 2 weeks before date needed. Picked it up and it was completely wrong. When I said something about it the girl said "oh, we ran out of decorations." No apology or anything. Now I have a pink and purple cake for a BOY that is not what my 5 year old picked out. I asked why they didn't call and let us know they ran out of decorations and she just said "I don't know". They even had BOY circled on the order form. The store manager offered $5 off the cake... the cake is still there if anyone wants it. read more

Bought a good bit of fruit from this SAMs. When I got it home, the blueberries were molded in the inside of the pack, the blackberries were bitter and the plums were spoiled and rotten on the inside! When I called the manager he was totally unconcerned! He could have cared less! read more
