I enjoyed my 7years at the Villas in Columbia City very much. Great neighbor's and friendly surroundings. It was great having my brother and sister in law across the street. I have not lived at Quail Ridge Villas, I set up a showing for a 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit was given all the information I asked for by Lisa and was set to go look at the unit the next day with Melissa the property manager. Melissa texted me and said she didn't have a 2 bedroom unit to show me but I could come in for more information I told her that wouldn't be necessary since I already had the information I needed and wanted to know when a 2 bedroom unit would be available Melissa didn't respond. I then Emailed Lisa since she set up the appointment and cancelled and told her why she then said in her Email back to me the earliest move in for a 2 bedroom unit would be the very day I had my showing scheduled when I asked her if there was or wasn't a unit available to show since Melissa said there wasn't and she said there was I was confused Lisa then sent me the office number and told me to call the office for further information lol So apparently no one at Quail Ridge Villas knows if they have something available or not 2 employees contradict each other and then property manager decides not to communicate back with you pretty sure that is what most of us call unprofessional. I don't think I want to live there if they can't decide if they have something to rent . read more

Quail Ridge Villas is a beautiful housing community. It it clean and well kept. The complex has apartment units, duplexes, a senior village, and more. A pool and full exercise room rounds it out. For such a large complex, the grounds are quiet. It is quiet inside as well with very little sound from neighbors. The office manager, Rachel, is friendly and efficient. Quail Ridge is fortunate to have her. Glad I moved here. read more

this place is a complete nightmare!!! I've signed a lease for 1 year in a 3 bedroom house and 1 party suddenly moved after 3 months. she paid the money to end the lease which then we were told for 2 weeks we could sign a new lease to keep our place. well, today, with 22 days left on the current lease, we were informed we cannot resign our lease because we cannot afford the rent...wrong!!! they don't know our finances!!! and this came from the corporate office. so with 22 days to move; we asked if we could maybe pay for a couple more weeks here so we can find a place to go and the answer was no!!! they do not care about people, just the money. so beware of renting from quail ridge! read more

I enjoy living at the Villas. Management has been helpful with any questions and answers. I have enjoyed sitting by the campfire and playing cards with my friends. We are planning a potluck and have taken a few road trips to interesting dining places in the area. read more
