From the time I called to inquire about services (and spoke directly with owners!) to the first meeting with amazing Courtney, housekeeper/organizer/declutterer cum laude, I am blown away by the immediate Quality, know-how, engagement, and professionalism of this company. They totally understood our needs to assist my Mom with her Suite, who is almost 94yo! I appreciate that one of the owners knew exactly several of her professional housekeepers would be perfect and selected Courtney who was THANKFULLY available weekly on the day we need her assistance. Courtney arrived early, engaged beautifully with my Mom and quickly began to help unclog a toilet before I arrived to meet her. She already had "ideas" and after two hours I was blown away by her analysis, suggestions and commitment to implement them!! She accomplished SO much in so little time, I am just over the top grateful for her caring service, and to find a professional Cleaning Service that has accessible, totally engaged, caring owners. They have threatened me and trespassed on my property. I requested a service, but not this one. My credit card was compromised so my bank is processing it. They threatened that they would put a lien on my house if l don't pay them. l had an appointment on that day. They didn't do any work on my house. l believe them to be fraudulent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!, laundry room wasn't touched , ordered deep clean, got a surface clean , if that , they dusted moped and swept nothing was moved when dusted and items themselves not dusted , anything above 4 ft tall didn't seemed to be dusted not sure if they brought their kids and had them dust or what but that is what it reminded me of , left instructions for computer desk to be cleaned it wasn't . i have 1/4 acre yard covered in oak trees , hired a service , for almost the same amount of money , they took out over 70 bags of leaves cut brush , etc and i feel like my year is cleaner than my house .
