I explained in detail what I was looking for; size of 2 bdr, 2 ba home and cleaning particulars needed. In return, Krystal responded with a clear LIST of each and every cleaning part that they would do and confirmed it with me again, including cost, team size, time and place. However, they showed up and said they did NOT know what they were supposed to be doing. I contacted Krystal through Yelp to ask her to contact the team, no response. I called the team myself and explained it to them and they said "All is okay, clear, and we are on it". In the end....THEY LEFT THE HOUSE WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING. Just a simple text to mobile phone saying "this is too big a job, would take all day, we don't have the time". What a joke, and unprofessional, and untrustworhty, very unreliable. My advice: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, you will have no idea if they will actually even do it.
