Around 3 years ago it seems like their offices got more clients or not sure why, but not only her but her employees (Paula and Pam) made several mistakes with me. The biggest one was when Laurie, the CPA, put my son as a dependent for both, my ex husband and I, a mistake that could have cost us a huge fraud problem with the IRS, and of course, CPAs are never liable, so be careful. About her employees, when I call for appmt, they do not return my call or they make silly excuses that "your mailbox was full" yeah, of course, but I called 3 times for a period of a month and just now you decided to return my call? Also I never receive the packages that we have to fill out in order for THEM to make it easier and not too much time with clients. Now they raised prices 10 percent!, like if we did not have enough with the pandemic and the lack of jobs, so they are not cooperative at all!. Last but not least, when we make them aware of their mistakes, their answer is, basically, "since it seems like we make many mistakes with you, you can pick some other place." Be careful!! I am not talking for myself, I have known of others complaining as well, but that, I cannot prove, I just speak out for my more than 10 years experience with her, like I said, everything was okay for the first 6, 7 years, but I would not recommend her office not in San Bernardino or Riverside, or whatever they keep adding, since it is always the same people.

He did deduct a little more from my invoice and I was grateful for that, but he only did it because I complained.
