For simple jobs this place might be ok, but be warned if anything goes wrong and or requires more attention. Had a 7 plug wired up and and found it didn't work later. By the time I came in a couple weeks later after confirming it wasn't trailer wiring, Roy was argumentative and rude. Said I was "trying to bamboozel" them for the install. Essentially calling me a liar and speaking to me like a 5 year. Not to mention, lead wire was dragging on the ground after leaving, but would not consider workmanship in regards to the damage whatsoever. He only wanted to focus on the time it took to mention it not working (I only use a trailer 1-2 a month) and the fact there was bumper repair (done after noticing rear tail like didn't work. Horrible customer service in terms of trying to find a solution. Would never use again with shotty workmanship and zero confidence they'll fix and issue. read more

Last August I purchased a newly used car without tinted windows, so I picked up a groupon for it since I live just minutes away from Quality Bumper. The shop was small, simple and clean. The gentlemen who helped me were friendly and answered my questions, while not being too pushy or sales-y. With my groupon I was able to get the mid-level tinting and paid the remaining balance. All in all I paid about $150 for $210 worth of work/services. Having tinted windows in a sunny place like Arizona really makes a difference, so I'm glad I didn't drag my feet on getting this done. I thought the guys at Quality Bumper did a good job, they treated me (and my car) with respect, and I saved some money so I have no reason no to give them 5 stars. read more

Stoped by today to take a look at few 5th wheel hitch options for my new truck. I was greeted by Roy. He spend a quality time to go over all available options and prices. He made sure that all my questions were answered. As I said earlier I just stoped by to take a look but after amazing service from Roy I end up buying a $2500 hitch. Quality Bumper installed window tinting on my truck about 7 years ago. I was told the tint had a "lifetime" warranty and to bring the truck back if I had any issues. My window tinting is starting to bubble on two of the windows - i'm not upset about this as it has been 7 years but I wanted to get it fixed since the tint has a "lifetime" warranty. I called Quality Bumper today to set up an appointment to have them look at the tint and also to have purchase a new bed liner and have it installed. The guy I spoke with indicated I probably had some brand of tint they don't install anymore (Diamond) and that my warranty was through the manufacturer so I need to call them to have it fixed "if they are still in business." I asked him if he would look up my receipt to verify this was the type of tint I had and he was unwilling to do so. He said because I had it installed a long time ago it had to be Diamond brand tinting. I am very disappointed that the company does not stand behind its products and installation - especially when they say the product has a "lifetime" warranty. I guess I misunderstood that "lifetime" really means the lifetime of them selling the product....I am also angry that the guy I spoke with was unwilling to type my phone number in to the computer system to verify I even had this product. If you are looking for a good shop that is friendly and will help you out when you have any issues this is NOT the place to go. And to think I was going to spend more money here.......... read more

I bought my truck brand new back in 2014. On the advice of my dealership, I took it to Quality Bumper to have my retractable side rails and an airbag system installed. Reasonably priced, and everything went fine. Fast forward a couple years and the controller on my bag system goes out. At first they tell me they can't get a new one; they'll need to install a whole new system...but when that doesn't work, the manager calls me back and tells me they found spare controllers. I bring it in and they install the new controller (this is a Firebird system, by the way). It was way cheaper than installing a whole new system and I'm happy. Fast forward again to earlier this year and guess what? The controller goes bad again. This time they tell me they don't even make the controller anymore...but they can install a new system for about $800. I walk out....but no manager "finds" any new controllers this time. However, when I get back home to northern AZ, my local mechanic looks up the part number and says he can get a new controller - no problem! So my advice is to be very careful dealing with these guys and do your homework. It appears they are under a lot of pressure to upsell...and you'll be left holding the bag. read more

Was quoted on a bumper and had it installed. went to pull a trailer and did not have a wiring plug with the hitch. when I called they said it was not included. I would have paid more for a complete job but half a job is no good, it cost me time and money on a project. they should have called as soon as they knew the truck did not have wiring if it was not included in the hitch price but they didn't say a thing just took payment for the hitch. He is the district manager for the Az. stores and believes the customer really & truly does come first. Thank you so much for a quick resolution to my problem. Everyone in the store was friendly & courteous. My truck was done in about 30 minutes.
