I am so impressed by this shop. I had the whole side of my van scraped by a young driver, and they were very honest about what it would take to fully repair the van, which would total the van if I turned it in to insurance. They then walked me through my other options, including low cost options that worked for my budget (and my neighbor's budget since it was his daughter who hit me). They were honest and helpful throughout the visit. Is the van totally fixed? No. However, she looks fine, and the shop listened to what I really wanted instead of pressing me to spend money I didn't have. Worst place ever been went in for free estimate they charged me $250 a day storage yet they did not even have the estimate done for 3 days yet charged me from day one . On the estimate they put I needed a windshield and back window both were fine they are very scandalous and they charged for a scan I didn't need , the insurance company stated they knew of them and didn't seem impressed by them . The 1st day after I took my car there my bill was $750. With in 15 minutes it was up to $1100.00 I don't even know what the final bill was because the person who hit me his insurance paid it to get car out , they gave me an estimate of $11,000 for a 2008 dodge charger what a joke. Beware don't take your auto to them you will wish you hadn't. The guy had an attorney on the phone for me to talk to as soon as I walked in talk about chasing . Dropped off my vehicle march 19 for repairs. Picked up vehicle looking like it was wrecked. I told them to fix this They handed the keys to me and said it's finished take your car or we will add storage fees if you don't pick it up I paid I got the key and went to look closer I started the truck and malfunction radar cruise control sensors was detected after replacing from bumper.i said this is another issue now. Alesha said come the next day I'll have a vendor fix it. Before I left I told Sam look at this job you guys did for me the painting looks good but the install is bad and he got rude and I got offended and jokingly got rude back it's All on video. I came back the next day on time Alesha said the vendor isn't here right now but have a seat. Then Sam runs out pointing at me to leave I said you need to fix my car before I leave I said ok call the police I need this incident to be reported. Here I am now 3 separate business days of them calling me right before closing to rush me The bumper it self is still crooked and protrudes doesn't follow body lines. I had some front-end damage (hood, bumper cover, 1 headlight assembly, miscellaneous trim pieces) to a 2008 Toyota Corolla with only 70K miles that runs great, so I absolutely wanted to get the car fixed. At the first body shop I went to, the estimator told me the car would have to be totaled and that he did not want to write up an estimate. Feeling very discouraged, I then went to One Stop to get another opinion. Amadeo gave me an estimate for about $2600, with mostly aftermarket parts to keep the cost down. Since I was filing a claim with the other driver's insurance company, I then went to another body shop hoping to at least have two estimates when I dealt with the claims adjuster. That body shop estimated the damage at about $3200, with the estimator saying that he guaranteed there would be additional damage found once the hood was opened. I was also told that a database used by insurance companies valued the car at $3800, so potentially there would be an issue with the insurance company wanting to total the car. Anyway, I ended up getting the car fixed at One Stop, with no additional damage found. All my costs were picked up by the other driver's insurance company. The quality of the work was excellent; I thought they did a great job matching the paint. Amadeo best understood what had to be done to get the car fixed. He is a wonderful and caring person. I consider myself blessed to have come into One Stop and met Amadeo. read more
