I have a chevy 3500 L5P diesel wasn't sure if my oversized ppe oil filter would fit they checked it and showed me how it fits and let me go under the truck to find my clunk and we found both my trans mount nuts where missing , I'm a retired mechanic and hate other people working on my stuff , bottom line these guys are savvy highly recommended. read more

We have been using Quality Auto for our oil changes since moving to Bullhead in 2019. Wouldn't go anywhere else! When the occasion arose, we have used them for mechanical problems. They installed a rebuilt alternator for me. When it didn't seem to be working properly, they asked for my receipt, took the alternator back because it was still under warranty, got the new one and installed it for me. Jessica and James are very caring and helpful people. As long as I'm in Bullhead, I will be using only them. read more

Their honesty. They scammed me by replacing only my oil filter, but charged me for the full oil change. Absolutely dishonest. Reports to CarFax would help them. I think if more people who have been scammed by these people would report them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair, Attorney General and oig@ftc.gov that might help them. They would have to be honest if cameras were installed to prove that they actually did what they were paid to do! read more

Ok car people. Just had a new water pump installed and this is happening. My coolant is supposed to be blue and it should be inside the car. The mechanic told me not to come back...and said this leak is freon and oil mixed. Am I right to throw the bullshit flag? read more

Our motorhome was having troubles and a diesel mechanic told us to contact them to see if we could have it towed there. It was on a Saturday, and I was relieved when someone answered the phone..... until he proceeded to tell me that they were really closed and that my phone calls were irritating him. He told me that he had no idea about anything I was talking about and his boss, James was not there. I told him it was kind of an emergency and he said "For you, not me." At that point I called him an a$$hole and hung up. We are from out of town and needed some help. He wasn't kind in the least. read more

I had an intermittent starter problem with my Class A Ford Chassis motorhome. After calling all round town (day after New Year's day), i found this friendly shop. Most others (including RV services) wouldn't help. I took it in the next morning an expected a long wait and a big bill. He put it up on his lift immediately, and my wife and I went off to the waiting room. While we were there we had a nice talk with one of the colorful locals. In about 20 minutes, the owner came back and said "You're done". He had fixed the loose wire on the starter and we were ready to go. This shop is about the most honest shop that I have ever worked with. His rates were much more reasonable than those in my home town. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for prompt and quality service. read more

I read recent reviews and decided to try this place for an oil change and a complimentary car wash. Needless to say....I will never come back to this place again!! After pulling my car into the garage I asked the attendant if they would take a 1/2 gallon of used motor oil from my utv. He said no because they have to pay for used oil pick-up. I went into the waiting room and read on their oil change pricing board that $2.50 would be charged for used motor oil. My car holds 6 quarts...the used synthetic from my utv was approximately 2 quarts. I would have gladly paid and extra $2.50 to leave the used oil with them so it didn't end up in a landfill. Instead I found a place up the street that gladly took the used oil for free. AND...to top it off...the car wash was supposedly broke down!! I wonder how long they have been telling customers that! read more
