After hearing the qoute I told the person I had a $10.00 of coupon from the phone book. He said "alright." He took my credit card information over the phone....a mistake. The driver showed up and placed the container in the driveway without incident. I told the driver that the container would be ready fro pickup on Monday and he said, "great! I'll be back Monday." He then handed me the receipt for $125.00. NO COUPON DISCOUNT, even though I gave it to him. Never showed Monday. Monday afternoon called the office and was greeted with"hello." Now....I should not have to ASK if I had reached ASAP. I told the "gentleman" that the container was ready to go and he told me they would put it on the schedule. It is now Thursday evening and no sign of them. I would like my garage and driveway access back. BBB A+ rating? I don't think so. Better and far more responsive providers out there. And...this was in January, not exactly the peak season.
