I packed it very last and knew exactly what box it was packed in. The jewelry was only worth sentimental value or I wouldn't have packed it and brought it with me separately. It looked very expensive but was costume jewelry, so essentially worthless. Either way it's all gone now because I used this company. Don't trust strangers and don't trust people that are friends of friends. I'd hate to see the next person use them and get family heirlooms stolen from them too!!! So many reputable moving companies out there to choose from. Use any one of them before you call Brandon. Karma will always win in the end. I will continue to pray for him and his family.

Their container worked great and they did a good job hauling away my trash, and I am appreciative…read moreto them for that. I had trouble with their lack of timeliness of drop off/pick up, and then excess charges were debited from my account without prior notification. I called on Wednesday and was told they might not be able to drop off container by Saturday. I told them Monday morning would be OK. I was told for dumpster one week on site the price was $215 and they required payment up front. So, I passed on my debit card info and hoped for Saturday delivery as on Monday demolition/remodel was to start. Monday my demolition debris stacked up. After Mondays work day ended I received text saying dumpster would be delivered Tuesday, a day late. It did arrive Tuesday. By end of week we had it full. The following Tuesday came and went, Wednesday came and went, Thursday came and went. Three days late they picked up and removed container. Their lack of timeliness hindered my remodel work as their container prevented my use of my trailer as it was blocked in beyond the container's week. Received a call saying they needed my payment info. After checking my bank to make sure payment was not yet taken the previous week I texted my payment info. A week later I was surprised to get receipt not for quoted price of $215. $35 excess weight charge was added to bill. No weight limitation was ever explained to me. Tarp cover fit over top without issue so bin wasn't overflowing with debris. Dunno. Just like bad news of late delivery and pick up, an explantion up front of charges would be best. Also, a $20 gas surcharge was added to bill. I guess that was for the excess weight. Again, they did good job of the physical part. In future if timely communication, drop off / pick up timeliness and cost are not an issue for me, I will hire them again.
