All of the plants look healthy and well-tended. A recent visit saw about a dozen varieties of apple trees alone. They have a good plant guarantee policy that will replace anything that dies on you. So, why the low ranking? Well, they ran a summer promo where purchases up through June 30, 2016 earned you 'Summer Bucks', which could be redeemed July 1-31, 2016 for savings on additional purchases. What they didn't say was that they would be changing their hours. So, even though I made purchases on a Sunday and got some 'Summer Bucks', when I went to redeem them on Sunday, July 31, they were closed that day. I went in the next day and asked if they would still honor the coupons, to which I was told "No." I was prepared to spend about $200 (and my 'Summer Bucks' would have saved me about $19) that day, but I walked out without spending another dime there. Very disappointed that they wouldn't make right by their promotional program, that clearly stated I had until July 31 to take advantage of the savings.
