They diagnosed the original problem which was an issue with the window flashing being done incorrectly from the builders and corrected the issue. It then rained and started showing a lesser water leak than before. The siding guy came back out within 24hrs and noticed another issue with my siding and the direction the wind was coming at my house and reversed the seams of my siding. I have not had a leak since! This turned out to be a great referral. Jake came out immediately and began the process of getting the windows ordered. He worked with the manufacturer to get replacement windows that matched our current windows as closely as possible as our model was no longer available. He installed the windows in one day and left no mess. He coordinated with the stucco company so that the front of the house was only torn up for a few days. Actually the order from the other never came in and we finally just cancelled the order. So we are given a date for the carpet to arrive at Carpet one...... didn't happen. Installation was postponed for weeks later. They scheduled the installation for 10 am. We moved all of our furniture off the carpet stuffing bathrooms and kitchen with furniture. On the very day of scheduled installation and right at 10 a.m. they call to postpone for the next. I went into the store to make my feelings heard. They then agreed to show up a couple of hours later. They removed the old carpet and pad and only installed the new pad, leaving us with exposed tack strips and our furniture still stacked up. Absolutely not what we were expecting. This is only three rooms! I'm guessing that it wasn't enough of a job to apply full effort at it. Until tomorrow or possibly even later we will be enjoying our freshly laid padding and tack strips. Thank Carpet none.
