I had a old door I wanted to use in a remodel, but needed a new door jamb to make it work. After hitting dead ends several times in my search for a company that could build a door jamb around this door, another door company suggested I check with Quality Door & Millwork. So, I gave them a quick call and to my astonishment, they said if i dropped the door off today, it would be ready tomorrow.....the last place quoted me 2-weeks and noted they couldn't guarantee it would fit with exactness and i would likely have to make some tweaks to make it fit the door. I quickly jumped in my truck and drove to Quality Door & Millwork. Luke, helped me unload it and took my information. When he learned I live an hours drive away, he asked if I had a couple of errands I could run, because he would be happy to build the jamb immediately, so I wouldn't have to drive 2-hours round trip to pick it up tomorrow. Wow! Yes, I will do that! I told him I was looking for some other wood products, which Quality Door didn't carry and he gave me a suggestion for another store and they had exactly what I needed. I picked up some lunch and my new door jamb was ready within an hour! I realize they may not always be able to offer turnaround time at this rate of speed, but the fact that Luke went out of his way to save me a 2-hour drive means a lot. The door jamb is perfect, the pricing was competitive, the turnaround time was amazing, and the customer service was the best I have experienced in years! Give them a try!

We ordered our front doors from these guys and when they arrived there was a 1/4" gap in the…read moredividers to the sides where the glass was visible behind the gaps. They told us this was normal and caulking would solve the issue. I have seen several other doors and do not see these "Normal" gaps and the caulking only goes so far. This is the first situation with this company. We also just had our trusted contractor tell us that the order for 11 doors for our basement from quality doors that was supposed to be here the end of last week/1st of this week (we have been waiting for 3 weeks already) were now more than 3 weeks out and went up 60% in price. I don't know who can stay in business with such scummy practices but I am done with this company. We will never order or use them again and I will tell anyone looking for doors to avoid Quality Door at all cost.
