After a severe hail storm we had to replace both large windows on the front of the house because of…read moredamage. I called the window manufacturer and was referred to East Idaho Glass. This turned out to be a great referral. Jake came out immediately and began the process of getting the windows ordered. He worked with the manufacturer to get replacement windows that matched our current windows as closely as possible as our model was no longer available. He installed the windows in one day and left no mess. He coordinated with the stucco company so that the front of the house was only torn up for a few days. Because of Jake, this part of the hail damage repair was quite painless. I would highly recommend East Idaho Glass to any one needing window service.

Not to mention I had to join the company for them to drop the price to an acceptable level. Overall, If they are your absolute last choice be clear with them your expectations and make a document trail and be ready to negotiate. If you have the chance to work with someone else- do it.

We ended up trying to call their scheduling agent all day, expecting for roofers to come that day and would be told that she was in meeting after meeting with no indication of getting a call back. They also informed us that the job would take about 2 days to complete but ended up taking 5 days with one day working until 10pm at night, keeping my toddler up. We had made plans to visit family that had to continuously be pushed back as we waited for our roof to be done. We never knew when they would show up for the day, when they would leave or when they would complete the project. Very very poor communication and service. I do not recommend this company at all (which is just a marketing company for actual contractors btw).
