He gave me the same excuses when he didn't show up just like some of the reviews. Oh and he is always asking for money every day that he showed up instead of waiting till finished like agreed upon, again my fault big red flag. Recommending if you hire him, don't pay anything more than the initial deposit until finished and you have had a day to review and check the work. Now I have to find someone else to replace the tiles that are cracked total .

Within 6 months in 2 locations the grout and tile became loose. They did come back to fix it and said they did but I had the same problem a few months after that. I reached out again multiple time but they never came back or even called to fix the mistake... I have now hired another company and we discovered they did the floors completely wrong. Tomastone measured the garage, provided so many samples it was hard to choose. Then he provided me a quote that I immediately said yes to. He booked my date, told me what time he would show up, and showed up exactly on time. He then told me what he was going to do that day. NOTE this work was done in mid November so it was pretty cold outside for SoCal. And the next day he came to finish the project. The quality of work has been consistently poor, with no attention to detail whatsoever. Workers are still in my home fixing multiple mistakes left behind by Stinson Interiors. To make matters worse, my cabinet/trash pull-out no longer works due to their installation errors. The countertops have had to be re-caulked, my cabinet doors do not open all the way, and the TowKits are already falling apart. Yet again, I have had to hire another person to fix these issues. This level of unprofessionalism and complete lack of accountability is unbelievable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, integrity, or even basic professionalism in their home projects.
