After being approved for financing, we decided that we did not want to utilize the full loan amount. Throughout the process, we felt pressured to proceed with the maximum financing available. We also did not receive a detailed cost breakdown from Ben and had to ask to speak to someone else. He told us many times "sorry, this is good as I can do, it's a bundle deal", which made us uncomfortable feeling like he was hiding prices from us. After obtaining additional estimates from other contractors, we were advised that several of the smaller handyman-type items included in the proposal appeared to be significantly overpriced. As a result, we requested that those items be removed from the scope of work. However, despite removing multiple services, the overall project cost remained essentially unchanged, which further raised concerns. We ultimately decided to limit the project to repairing our shower pan leak. At that point, Nathan informed that the company could no longer do business with us. Unfortunately, this left us feeling that the focus was more on maximizing the project value than on addressing our actual needs as customers. We value transparency, clear communication, and flexibility when making significant home improvement decisions, and our experience did not reflect those expectations. read more

Surprised by the mediocre quality of work. Felt that we paid a premium price and received less than a premium outcome. I am not sure if we were more of a rush job as other reviews seem fairly positive, but the final touches for our project remain sloppy. We did not receive accurate recommendations regarding a replacement vanity and were faced with filling in gaps that we were assured would be fine. We had to request additional efforts in filling in these gaps because they remained open and sloppy when they said they were "done". They look better now, but remain messy in appearance at the edges. The painting in particular appears sloppy at the borders, and it remains on the grout and cabinets that we did not replace. We had to ask them to touch up even obvious spots (like on the doorframe). Again, improved after our request but many, many sloppy spots remain. At this point, we are tired of the back and forth and will try to touch up these areas ourselves because they just do not seem able to do it. I am disappointed by how sloppy these areas look and the fact that we need to fix this ourselves, after paying such a premium price. I would not use this company again in the future. read more

Had someone come to the house and went through every little detail of what we wanted that took a total of a few hours. Told him we wanted an itemized quote because he gave us a total number that was way more than we were expecting. He said we would hear back in a few days, not a problem. Some problems with the work was corrected however, not all the work done was correctly completed there are slight dip in front of the refrigerator, also a compartment in my cabinetry was cut incorrectly, my invisible screen was partially removed and never reattached.
