It started with Erik Wimmer coming to do the estimates and then providing me the options on what the team could do. Erik is a true professional and was in constant contact with me on every aspect of the work to be performed from start to finish. He insured with very thorough communication that I knew when and what was going to happen and made the whole process incredibly easy and pleasant. Jorden Miller was also a big help in the communication process. The work teams led by James and Alex were very courteous and true professionals in all work accomplished. They insured all items that needed to be repaired prior to reinstalling the siding, roofing and gutters was accomplished to ensure work performed will last well into the future. The efficiency and quality of the work that was performed in unmatched by other teams I have observed and was worth every dollar spent to have the work done. The person that cleans our gutters said the roof was getting pretty bad, so we started trying to find someone to do the job. When Wayne came out, he inspected our roof, and it was past repairing. He walked us through what going through our insurance would entail. I got ahold of our insurance, and they agreed with everything Wayne had said. So, instead of getting our roof repaired, we got a new roof, new gutters, some painting and some window work done that we hadn't even realized we needed. All for the price of our deductible. We set up a time for the work to start, and Cody and his team were on time and just wonderful! Cody is a young person that has a great head for business and still knows the old rules of how to treat a customer. It was just a pleasant experience. If every business ran like Abbott's, it would be a better world. They did an absolutely great job on our house, but also made sure there was no debris left in our yard, or our neighbors. The whole crew were friendly and so respectful. You just don't find that anymore. It was so reassuring to know that Cody was onsite for the entire job. It's nice to know that as an owner of the business, he cares enough about customers to be there. I never thought that having a roof done could make such a difference, but the look of the house is beautiful. Gary came to our house, answered our questions, and gave a reasonable quote. We were given the time frame of 4-6 weeks for the crew to come out. Which was fine, we weren't in a dire need.
