Requested a refund from Sandord's and they have refused to refund our money for the work they did not complete! They are scams and thief's they stole our money we did not get the services we paid for and they continue to lie about paying us back. Would never recommend them!! The work they did do was not satisfactory, had to be corrected by another company. Do not use this company.

I called Maximum Heating and Air, Inc. to fix a blower motor failure on my A/C Heater unit. I paid…read morethe $79 service fee for diagnosis of the problem and the serviceman promised to return to replace the motor. However, he never returned. My calls to Maximum A/C went unanswered. Eventually, I left several messages saying that if Maximum did not want to do the job that it should return my service fee since I had to pay a similar service fee to another serviceman (who did in fact install the motor). Finally, I went to the Maximum's office where the owner, Mr. Doggett, returned my service fee after an oral altercation.

Contacted Maximum Heating and Air to have my A/C serviced, the unit was working fine except the…read moreblower was running 24/7. The technicians isolated the problem as bad blower motor and they would get a new motor on order and would try to have it the next day. I wasn't concerned that it didn't show up the next day because it was late in the afternoon when they ordered it. After a few days I called and no answer, left voice mails and they never returned any my calls. Continued calling until I finally got someone on the phone and got every excuse in the book for why the motor wasn't here. They finally showed up with a motor 2 weeks later and installed it and then had another problem a relay. Started the same process over with them again no returned calls no part and unit not working at all now not even the blower that ran constantly before. Once again they show up a week later and claimed they received wrong the part. Needless to say 5 weeks later still no A/C and nothing except excuses. They are totally incompetent and have no problem lying to your face. I can't believe they are still in business.
