This motel needs a complete overhaul, location is okay as it's only one of two motels in this town. First clue should have been that there was no one else there, and I mean no other cars besides the inn keeper. But the other motel was booked we now no why and since my husband was there for work we had no choice or drive back to Manchester. The room was extremely run down. Smelled moist when we walked in. Air conditioner was on but sounded like a sad airplane falling from the sky. Door to the room had a bad seal I could see daylight at bottom of the door. Security lock on door was removed and place katywompus above old location. Floors were not swept and marks, drywall issues were on the walls. The Bathroom fan was completely clogged and didn't work. Mold on ceiling, walls and water was on the floor on tiles from who ever took a shower last. So we know floor wasn't mopped at all. Toiletries were already opened, gross.... No bag for ice bucket not that I would use anyway. Rusty hangers for clothes. Bed was way too soft and lumpy. Bed frame was rickety metal and made noise when you sat on it. Husband had to shower off work and we didn't know where else to go so we unfortunately stayed the night. He showered and we found out why water was on the floor shower curtain was not big enough so water dripped over tub onto tile then ran through the grout like small rivers. We heard one car later that night don't know if they were customers or what. And in the morning we saw no one. Very creepy and we would not recommend. We only stayed one night and promptly booked the other motel as it became available. read more

Wish I could give negative stars. The hotel is run down but absolutely disgusting. Front door lacks security. One could easily gain entry even when locked. Showered leaked all night long to the point the toilet and floor were covered with water. The entire length of the room's floor so sticky it rivals the floors at any Waffle House. Furniture was filthy. Sheets had cigarette burn holes. And pillows if that's what you can call them were just lumps of filling. So old all the batting had just formed balls. Oh and let's talk about the bathroom door jam. Looks as if there was a murder or some gruesome accident. The cleaning crew missed something that looks like blood splattI'm sure there are things I'm forgetting. Probably a defense mechanism lol Please don't waste your money here. They charge you over $100 for garbage. Just keep your money and sleep in the car. read more

The lady at the front desk is very accommodating, however, her boss is not. I'm having to share a single bedroom with my brother and had to purchase my own cot AND blankets. Asked for some extra pillows and got one leaving three to split with my brother. I like to dry my feet when I get out of the shower but that's not exactly easy here. (Pic related) I just gotta say, if you're the boss man reading this, you are saving money in the wrong places and your "finished" rooms show that. read more

This was not a good experience at all for my family. We were in town for a funeral and had no choice where we would stay since the only other motel in town was full. First, the two rooms both smelled horrible. Mostly of cigarette smoke (non-smoking rooms) and something else that was more like mold. The floors were covered in a white, thick dust. The TV wasn't working properly. The grid was all in Spanish. They gave us 2 towels for 6 of us. Told us there were no more towels in the entire hotel. "And it wasn't her problem". The carpets had big black spots. And the beds were insanely hard. One pillow each was all we were allowed. I still haven't gotten my reimbursement back from the second room. I will be calling on that tomorrow. Sadly, that town could honestly use a good hotel. So many have family in the area that would want to visit. Well, don't waste your time or money here. . read more

This hotel was the worst property we have stayed at in the last forty years. Do yourself a favor and keep driving. Room was filthy, smelled like a combination of urine and cigarettes (for the record it was a non-smoking room-HA!), worst pillows in America. Asked for another hand towel and washcloth and were told they were out. Breakfast buffet was a JOKE. Juice machine empty, no coffee cups, creamer empty, out of milk, rubber eggs, 4 sausages sitting in grease. Inedible. The biggest insult was that we paid just over $200 for this mess. DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked this hotel as an affordable option for Bonnaroo. I saw a couple negative reviews, but thought I might get lucky and kept my reservation. We arrived and were shown to our room just after 9pm. That night the toilet repeatedly clogged and drained and reclogged. We woke up to water all over the floor from the leaking AC. There were cigarette holes in the sheets. I never write reviews, but I brought the conditions up to staff and no cleaning or maintenance crew responded until 11. And the manager talked over me, raised his voice and made me pay $99 for an awful night with broken amenities and no bathroom. You may get lucky and have an ok stay, but there are far higher quality options for lower prices elsewhere. Stay anywhere else. read more

I've stayed here on 2 separate occasions. The staff is AWESOME. We stayed on the bottom floor right near the office. The room not only smelled clean, but was visibly clean as well. The staff was more than helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was a typical one, waffles, eggs, biscuits, sausage, and also had an assortment of cereals, yogurts, and pastries. Also, I have stayed at motels where I didn't feel safe leaving anything valuable in my car, or in my room, if I was not there, but I felt assured here that my belongings were secure. Overall, if you're on a budget, and wanting a decent place to stay, this is an excellent option, and I definitely recommend! read more

Room was okay however the sink area was dirty. It looked as though the sink wasn't cleaned and a couple of used towels were sitting there. Perhaps just an oversight. Breakfast was standard. This hotel is awful. We were looking for a cheap hotel for Bonnaroo. Well, we definitely found it. The toilet began clogging from the moment we got there, from urine. It is NOT SAFE to shit in this toilet. There are also no public restrooms for new check-ins. Whether it's labeled smoking or non-smoking doesn't change the awful smell of each room. Cigarette burns in the sheets and comforter. The air conditioner slowly leaks, what I thought was water (maybe?). I woke up in the morning to a beautiful personal moat that separated me from all my clothes (Don't leave anything valuable like electronics on the floor). The staff let me know that the repairman would be there shortly to build our drawbridge. But seriously, the pond spanned from the entryway to a foot short of the bed. We told the hotel multiple times about all this and nobody came to fix anything until the cleaning lady did her morning rounds, and unbeknownst to her, had to unclog our toilet. Surprise! There's terrible communication here. The desk clerk, that was drowning in complaints covering for the manager, informed me that their repairman was working on the pool and would come and fix our room when he was done. Again the cleaning lady showed up first, about the same time as the manager. Manager didn't show up until after 11:00. He also happens to be the only individual capable of refunds or cancellations. A f t e r a l l t h i s... Management shows up, gives us a whole bunch of bullshit about how he, "would have given us a full refund if we would have checked-out before 3:00am." We called the front desk when we woke-up at about 7:30am and noticed the conditions. So, he cut us a 'deal' and only charged us $100 for our prison stay. He informed us that because there's 24-hour staff we should have checked out in the middle of the night when we noticed the extent of these terrible conditions. He also shouted over the top of us throughout our entire conversation to make sure we knew that because we didn't check out before 3am, that that was the reason we still had to pay, but thank god he was only robbing us for $100. Also, the night manager introduces you to your room with a complimentary apology for the way that the room smells. Wtf right? This place screams unprofessional and has horrible, horrible maintenance. AVOID ROOMS NEAR 120 AT ALL COSTS!!!! If you absolutely have to stay at this hotel, sleep in your car. read more

Quick and easy check-in. Looks nice from the outside. The non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room. I had reservations for 4 people there were only two towels and wash cloths available. The bathroom looked very old and run down. Very dirty around the bottom of the toilet and tub. read more

Very disappointed in this place. We booked here weeks ago and upon arrival discovered the room reeked of smoke! The walls were filthy, the bathroom even worse! We asked the clerk to please change us to a non smoking room and she stated she had no vacancies. We told her we could not stay in a room that stinky! We got our money back and drove less than a mile down the road to the Best Western.. Booked a room there no problem.. This one was so nice and clean and we saved $10! Stayed here during Bonnaroo. Staff was friendly, even when I had to get a room key remade at 2am. Room was clean enough but being a nonsmoking room bordered by smoking rooms. Continental breakfast is basic but if fills your tummy without having to fork over $10 for a donut and coffee when you get to the concert ;) it took about 30 minutes to drive from Bonnaroo from here. read more
