Terrible motel. First indication was the grounds had not been mowed in quite some time. Second was the pool water was black. County health Department had actually closed the pool and place signs around. Room didn't look like the floor had been sweep. Found dead bugs and old hair pins on the floor. Ice machine had rust on it. Outside of building needs power washing. Only good note was the beds were fairly nice. I was able to get some sleep. I will add a couple of pictures, for reference. My only suggestion to this Quality Inn is to make sure rugs are maintained inside the bedrooms. The hotel location is Convenient for I 95 travelers. The Hotel needs better management in terms of Neatness in all areas, and furniture renovation for the common areas, as well as maintenance. Bathroom's ceilings had mold. The clerk from the night shift were a great host and prices are affordable! read more

There is nothing wrong with this hotel that new management could not fix. Ran out of food & coffee on breakfast. By 8 pm the night before, the knew the hotel was going to be totally full. By 9 pm they were totally full. They had 12 hours to prepare for breakfast, but were totally unprepared. They ran out of almost all food and kept running out of coffee. They ran out of milk/cream for the coffee. The trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. The staff working breakfast did their best to cope, but there was little they could do. All management had to do was to call a friend or relative to go to the grocery store, get some extra supplies and come in to help out. None of that happened. There were a lot of unhappy people. While I was checking in, I overheard the desk clerk on a phone conversation, saying that there was nothing she could do because their maintenance man was off for the weekend. There was no TV channel listing in the room. Internet service was extremely poor. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. On check-in, I was not given the internet password.. It took 10 calls over a 30 minute time period to reach the front desk to get the password. I showed up to check-in with an internet discount coupon showing on my cell phone screen. I was told by the desk clerk that they would not honor coupon unless we could print it on paper (and how was I supposed to do that). When I went to checkout, I was told that the computer down and that they would have to email me a receipt. Five days have gone by and I have no receipt. read more

We stayed at the Quality Inn while driving from New York to Georgia. It was a big mistake. We chose this motel because it was right off of i95 and the total price was only $74. Let me tell you right now this hotel isn't worth $74 a night, it is worth more like $29 a night. As soon as we entered the room there was a damp and cigarette smell. We specifically asked for a non-smoking room however apparently guests don't listen to that rule. It was very hot so we turned on the air conditioner on high cool but it did nothing to cool the room down. The white bed sheets had stains on them, there were used Q-tips, used napkins and beer caps on the floor. It was utterly disgusting to say the least. We complained to the front desk and they were uninterested and unhelpful. They lied about how the room was cleaned before we arrived. Please spend a few more dollars and drive a little further for a much better hotel/motel. There was no quality at this inn. We did not make it through the night. Run away! read more

After checking in we went to the room and turned on the lights and cockroaches ran to hide. Went to the back to the office they wouldn't refund my credit card. So we got charged and we didn't even stay!!! This is a update I spoke with the manager this morning. Keep driving. Trash everywhere. Dirty room --so dirty that the bottom of my feet tuned black from walking on the carpet in my room! The bathroom was so disgusting that I had to clean it myself before using it. Yes, dried urine on the seat. Breakfast was nothing special. I didn't expect a JW Marriott, but cheap and simple can at least be clean. Quality Inn, allow me to introduce you to bleach, Windex, and a carpet steamer... And upon checkout, the gentleman at the front desk was a trainee working alone. He had no idea how to check me out early. read more

This hotel falls about midway through my semi annual journey and at $100 a night it was quiet, comfortable and clean, and included free continental breakfast which was decent. I would stay here again. If you are looking for anything extra other then a good nights sleep you will be disappointed. Hotel itself is dated and needs a lot of updating. All that I need and cared for to get a good nights rest was there for me so no complaints. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, everything was working including the A/C, sheets were clean and beds were comfortable. Free breakfast is also a huge plus to keep you going without making any additional stops to delay your trip. read more

You get what you pay for! Clean, comfortable bed. Warm shower. Clean linens. The swimming pool is closed and in disarray. So an evening swim was not possible. Free breakfast consists of a lot of carbs! Bananas and apples are the fruit selection. There's Activia yogurt in the fridge and hard boiled eggs too. Grits, oatmeal and a meat gravy for the rubber biscuits. Bagels and 3 diff types of bread. Jam, honey and syrup too. The parking lot was filled up after 10pm but everyone was quiet this particular evening. The person at the counter was most pleasant with a big smile to boot! How nice after a long drive! If you call to make reservations in advance you can get a 10% discount as long as you ask even if you don't have AAA or any of the other insurances or memberships. Just ask. I guess if you're looking for a good nights rest and a half decent breakfast without all the expensive perks this place is not a bad choice. read more

This place is OK. It was renovated a few years ago. But its still got the same decor. Its nothing fancy but it was clean. The breakfast was just OK, some kind of meat would have helped. The water temp changed on you of someone else was using it. They must have birds in the trees out side. Normally this is nice but they chirp at 3am!! And it is right next to the interstate so you can here the traffic. All being said I would still stay here again. read more

I recently stayed here and would recommend others do the same. As a single, older female, my 20lb. Doggie and I were greeted by friendly, welcoming staff. We were told, without asking which was nice, where our room was, the swimming pool and hours, breakfast and times served...Our room was located on a first floor level which was convenient, there was a nearby ice machine so we could obtain some ice and breakfast was available (free to guests) before getting on the road next morning. The room was clean, smelled fresh and the hotel is in a good location (easy to get back on I-95). Compared to another known chain hotel we stayed at the next night, which didn't offer the above (other than a clean room) this Hotel, I would rate a 5 out of 5. read more

Motel Rooms are old and everything inside is cheap. Room was somewhat dirty and humid because the old under-the-window AC unit can't do the job. The floor felt sticky and then slippery in places. Coffee pot on the bathroom counter was rusted and something you wouldn't touch. Toilet seat had loose screws that I had to hand tighten against my better judgement. The only modern item that had any quality was the TV. If it wasn't so late I would have left and found another hotel. Would absolutely avoid this motel. I feel unclean just sitting in the room. Can't wait until the morning when I can leave. Will have to take a long shower when I get home. Won't risk taking one here. read more

I have never written a bad review in my life, but feel I need to here. On our way to winter in Florida, we stopped at this motel. Right away the television did not work, so we called the desk. They told use to come and get some new batteries for the remote. We did and then we could only get a couple of channels. No wifi....they said someone had cut the wires accidently and it would be on in a couple of hours. It still wasn't working when we prepared to leave the next morning. BUT the very worst thing of all is what we saw when we got up in the morning and turned on the lights. ROACHES......running across the table and desk. We alerted them to this as we checked out. No apologies for any of this....nothing. We sent a complaint to the manager through the mail with all the details as soon as we arrived here in Florida. So far no reply and not surprised. We never stayed at a Quality Inn before but we were tired and it was cheap. To think we slept where roaches were crawling around makes me sick. Never again will we stay at any Quality Inn...NEVER! read more

It was close to 95 the breakfast was reasonable but the area is very sketchy (despite the numerous businesses surrounding it) I felt like something was biting me on my feet when I ever I put my feet on the carpet. I have stayed at worse places but this place is not very good!! read more

You obviously get what you pay for, we were tired from driving all day and for about 5 exits all hotels were booked, we decided let's give Quality Inn a try..... Big mistake. At $80 you would think it's decent, you are mistaken. Dust bunnies on the ceiling, a toilet that looked like it was cleaned a few weeks ago, and the worst part is my 9 year old wanted to turn on the television and when she grabbed the remote, she complained of her hand burning, so I immediately gave her soap and washed her hand, upon picking up the remote ( carefully ) there was battery acid leaking from the panel and also all over the "dresser" it was on. This place is a grade A dump! Drive the extra however many miles it takes to find a clean place. read more

Well the name quality is not what we got! The hotel is gross ! We had to wait to check in since the counter lady was sleeping!

Headed home from Florida, tons of traffic and this was the only hotel that had rooms left. Hotel itself was marginal, not very clean. The area was very sketchy. Tried to grab some food at Denny's and the hostess rudely told us that there was a 30 minute wait to be seated and we wouldn't get our food for another 30 minutes after that. The place was only a quarter full - we left. Since beggars can't be choosers I guess it was ok. Front desk staff was awesome. Angel was great! read more

My husband, four children and I stayed there in August. We paid cash for our night. After we left the hotel charged our bank card without my knowledge. Upon returning home we discovered the overcharge because our bank account went negative. When I called the hotel they refunded the money plus said their franchise, Choice Hotels would give me a complimentary night. Now that I am trying to use the free night the Quality Inn and their parent company are saying they don't do that and too bad for me. I am very disappointed with their services. They caused $70 in bank charges and don't seem to care. read more

Wow, disgusting. We are non-smokers but were put in a smoking room. It wreaked like smoke. We could hardly sleep. There is no thermostat, just hot, cold and off. Half of the lights didn't work. The shower was filthy. I wouldn't recommend staying here. read more
