I don't write many reviews but this experience was SO horrible that it warrants one. I called and they said they could be there within 3 hours. I had a crew out of town and their truck was turning off while driving down the highway. This company got there 3.5 - 4 hours later. The tech they sent out only spoke Spanish (my driver only spoke English). Totally fine. We just had to use their dispatcher, Oscar, as a translator. I specifically told them not to use their computer to look for fault codes because our trucks have sensors that i can access remotely. I have access to any fault on any truck we have. They said if they needed to plug the computer in, they'd ask me before since that was an extra charge. From my dashboard, there were no codes on my truck at the time. The tech they sent out pulled the fuel line out of my truck & turned the truck ON. Diesel sprayed EVERYWHERE. After he pulled the fuel line out, he found 3 error codes (all fuel related. Is anyone surprised since he pulled the line out?). I told them that was obvious since he just pulled the fuel line out. I just needed to know what was making the truck turn off at 65+ MPH. They also used the computer without my consent to find these fault codes. I told the dispatcher (Oscar) to pull the tech off the job since he was just making a mess with the diesel. I also told him I wanted to speak with a manager before they sent me the invoice because I was not about to pay the full price of whatever the heck they did (they didn't check liquid levels. Or literally anything. Other than the fuel line). Oscar called his manager and he "waived" the computer fee. Yall shouldn't have even have had to waive this because I didn't consent to the computer being used in the first place. Oscar was aggressive and was saying that I was blaming their tech for damaging my truck. No. I'm not. I'm saying the fuel fault codes he "found" were literally caused by him taking the fuel line out (common sense here). And no actual diagnosis was done. I have not received any formal diagnosis paperwork. Or any diagnosis from the tech. Just Oscar trying to explain the fuel fault codes..... So why did I call you out there? Oscar hung up & accused me of not wanting to pay. Again, I'm not refusing to pay. I just want someone to explain to me why the "diesel tech" pulled a fuel line off an f650 and turned it ON and was surprised when he (and my truck) got covered in diesel. To top it all off, they have their tech sitting outside of my truck (it's 12am) because he's not leaving untill pay. But I haven't heard from Oscar in almost an hour. So top tier customer and employee experience from this company. I've never had to deal with "diesel techs" that unplug a fuel line and turn a truck on and panic when fuel sprays everywhere. We had this services come out to fix an oil leak on our class a motorhome. The person that they sent did not understand or speak english. He told the dispatch that it was fixed and left without saying anything to us. We had to have him come back and put oil in because if was empty. Then when we got on the road the repair had been completed. We were leaking oil again and had to go to another repair center. They refuse to give us our money back and we are having to go to court over all of this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! Just do not want this to happen to anybody else. On top of all of this the repair cost over 600.00. When we went to the proper place it was 135.00 to fix, under warrenty! read more

Told me they would send a wrecker out for my truck to be told after I paid them, wrecker never showed up.

It took 2.5 hrs to unlock door. Showed with broken tools. Had to communicate with cell phone translation and then charged 279.00 for unlock.

Called these people on a Saturday to setup an appointment the following Monday morning at 7am and did not disappoint me. The usual guy was out and the mechanic showed up 15 minutes early and did a quick service and answered a couple questions I had....Would absolutely call these guys if I need them again no doubt read more

Besides the fact that they showed up 10 minutes before the eta, they actually put the effort in. I was going down a list in Tampa and calling mobile mechanics for a seized brake on the drive axle. The first outfit I tried never answered their voicemails. I then called another "mobile mechanic" and when he asked his boss about the job and his boss said they couldn't do it, my reply to him was "way to put in the effort", his reply was he would hate to charge $400 and then tell me they couldn't do it and that they don't do heavy stuff, lights and airlines is what they do. I called two tire services and the first one said they couldn't do brakes, and the second outfit hung up the call when they took me off of hold. Lugo came out, as mentioned they were ahead of the eta he pulled the tires and worked on the drum. I opted to change the drum and brakes and he gathered those and installed them so I could roll. I appreciate that he does what his ad says he does, mobile mechanic to get you rolling again. The equipment is new, he was professional and courteous, and all around they seem like a top notch outfit. Theirs is a number I'd keep on hand in the Tampa area. And the only reason it's four stars instead of five stars is because I needed their services once. If I relied on them regularly because I trucked here, and they were as consistent as stated in the review they would have five stars easy. read more

Do not use this repair shop!! We called them out to fix an air leak. After changing the hose and the glad hand there were still issues. The 7 way plug they had didn't work and they cable tied it up. When the air was still leaking and we had to call them back out and they charged us again. They insisted it was a different part but they literally had just connected the hose to the same part!! We told them it was leaking. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND SCAM YOU!! Go somewhere else!!! read more
