I was told I would get contacted by the driver with their ETA but didn't get contacted until 9:08 pm. The driver gave me an ETA of an hour to an hour and a half. The driver arrived at 9:50 pm. Getting the truck ready, the driver notices the wheel is off and says that it's an extra $125 fee... $50? Fine but $125? For what exactly? I offered to put the wheel back on to avoid the fee and the driver said it wouldn't hold up. The fee was not negociable and some how cost more than the tow itself. All the driver did was improvise and tie the strap to the frame of the truck... which apparently costs an extra $125. So $245 for an 8 mile tow with a small additional effort of tying a knot around a frame. I understand additional fees for inconvenience or work arounds but the driver did not have to do anything differently than he would have had the wheel been on and the company being unwilling to work with someone that had already waited almost an hour to be towed, being in a sticky and quite expensive situation with their car trouble, by at least compromising with the fee left a bad taste in my mouth. The company came off as greedy and inconsiderate to their customer, the fee was 100% unreasonable and so were they. Clearly this company has an integrity issue and struggles with customer service which shows in how they respond to their customers reviews.

Alex was friendly, efficient, professional and very careful with my vehicle. The vehicle was an Acura MDX which had stalled in a travel lane in the parking garage in a very difficult location to access. Alex quickly lifted the vehicle and transported it to the Acura dealer on Florida Avenue. My wife and I were just returning from a 2-week trip and we were very pleased with his expertise and ability to make a very difficult situation much better. We showed up the next morning ready to pay and get the car out with all sorts of obstacles (fence locked - no answering the phone) on how to even get into their location / they told us to park in another parking lot that wasn't theirs. (I asked them if I would be towed for parking there - he said no ) And after telling us that it would be $220 to pick it up they added another $30 for storage while checking out. I will be reporting this to the county. I have all the video proof as there are cameras on the vehicle. Hope you sleep well being a predatory company who picks on 20 something girls who just needed to pee. And trust me I'm not one of those parents who side with their kids - if anything i usually think they're to blame. But I've seen the proof already. And you guys are nothing but a piece of donkey dung and your prior reviews show that - there's a special place in hell for people like you.
