I'm at the mercy of this clinic and I've never been to a more incompetent place in my life. I have…read moretwo separate very serious issues that need referral to two separate specialists. Because it's so hard to find specialists right now, one of my labs was sent to the wrong type of specialists causing me to have to find two new specialists. One of them is not taking patients until next April. The nurse responded for me to get on the wait list. Do you know what it feels like to not be able to get out of bed at all and have no energy to do anything? And I have these large masses at the bottom of my neck that are not being treated? I have now found two new specialists and asked for my labs and a referrals to go to each of them. After not hearing back I called in to find out the doctor is not back in until next week. Next week! This means sitting and waiting another week to make appointments and one of them is out of state and unable to make my flight and travel arrangements. Every time I make an appointment with the doctor something happens and I end up seeing the nurse; I'm fine with the nurse but when that is who I am expected to see. Now, I will have to suffer in pain and absolutely no energy and unable to get treatment for what is wrong with me while no one is in the office apparently that can handle paperwork when the doctor is out. And out often. I know there are few options out there right now and that is really said for us patients.
