I requested the service in the late evening through Yelp and got a response in 17 minutes to schedule it. They had an opening the following morning, starting at 8, which we took. Three minutes later, multiple confirmations via text and email were sent to verify that the address and time selected were correct. The plumber arrived about 45 minutes after the time window opened. We asked for shoe covers, which he put on. (That has not been our experience, even when we insist.) He confirmed our suspicion that the tank needed to be replaced. After a brief outing, he came back with parts. Our original estimate was $379, but there needed to be a support bracket, which he strongly recommended that he add. (Our old one was hanging unassisted parallel to the ground.) The final total was under $500, including tax. Other than some crumbs of pipe dope, there was no mess. So far, everything is working well. After four days, there have been no leaks and no other effects on our household that we can tell.
