She has her own routine. A very independent woman. But after a few days of visits she felt so comfortable with your staff that visited her. My family was happy and feels so lucky for having such an amazing staff. Everyone showed empathy and compassion. Special Mention to Lisa who was on top of everything every time I mention something new I observed. And Margot who was so so diligent in bringing supply that my Mom needs.
