Horrible…read moreservice, horrible disconnect between the national installation center, no accountability, no way to escalate anything, no communication. The worst. Avoid them like the plague. It has nothing to do with this particular store, it is the process that they developed since a pandemic. It sucks for the sales people, and it sucks for you the client. Also previously had very expensive kitchen cabinet installation project done through Lowe's countryside and I had some problems with the vendor and I had terrible support. They did not support me well against the vendor. It took me over a year to get all the replacement parts.

Their warehouse is clean and huge, with more granite options and selections than I ever could have imagined. It is all very organized and neat, with slabs clearly marked as to what price range they fall into. Unlike other stores, you walk around on your own, and make notations as to what you like, although the personnel are more than willing to offer suggestions, too. Their website is amazing also, with a complete list of what is currently in stock. I love that they have multiples of almost every granite slab, all carefully numbered so you can be certain to get two slabs, if necessary, with similar colors and patterns. This is more of a supply place - after picking out the slab you're interested in, you need to contact a company to provide a cost for cutting/installing, etc. If you're in the hunt for a new granite countertop, make sure you start here.

This place is so reasonably priced included the sink and windowsill replacement to match (included with our quote). We were without anyway to cook or wash dishes. They did the countertop within just a couple of days of our quote and even installed on a Sunday when every other place told me at least 2 to 3 weeks. It looks absolutely amazing and the installation men were so patient with our questions about the faucet and garbage disposal and they even cut an awkward 39° wall to perfection.
