Clothing is their biggest category, but they have shoes, furniture, toys, office supplies, merchandise from big box stores like Target, books, handbags and backpacks and health and beauty products. As much merchandise that's in this store, it's organized and clean. Prices are irregular. For the most part, prices are reasonable. However, clothing items that are new or a high end label, they have the prices higher. Staff was friendly. A security guard is on the premises. This thrift store is in a strip center. Everything is sooo worn & overpriced. The items they have aren't in as good condition as what you find at Goodwill, but it's priced like what you'd find at a department store clearance. It's ridiculous. Prime example: They had this (obviously well used) Cuisinart ice cream maker priced at $30 & couldn't even tell me if it was in working condition. We were going to pick up a table we put on hold and the lady on the phone said that she would continue to hold it for us and we gave her the time we would show up, as we went to the register to pay she informed us that we were far to late and she sold it already even though she never said there was another time limit for the day we were showing up. She left out valuable information and was rude to us as if it was our fault. I would heavily not recommend this place if you are wanting honest feedback. read more

I was really hoping that it would be the quality I expected it to be. They have some pretty good stuff on hand, but for thrift store, the prices aren't very great. Especially when it comes to houseware. I saw a lamp that I knew was this exact lamp that I've been eyeballing at target for the last couple months. The lamp runs for $130 at target, and it was used and being sold for $125 here. They were selling used espresso machines for 100 bucks and used smaller instantpots for $70. Clothes are in a bad deal and things like silverware and dishware we're pretty standard for thrift store prices. But I was really shocked by the cost of used furniture and houseware here. I have to imagine that there are better options as far as thrift stores are concerned in the area if you're looking for that sort of thing. read more

This place generally sucks. Like overall. It's not clean nor do they treat their workers well. Especially new hires. My best friend worked here for a total of four days, and three of those days she went home crying. It's run by a family and the only way to possibly have any opportunity to move up is to be part of the family. You also will be treated like crap if you are not part of the family. She had nine hour shifts and was not allowed to use the restroom or even sit down. The only way to learn your schedule was to get permission to look at it, and if you missed your break time because they didn't let you look at it you would not get one at all. Her trainer made her clean the shoe rack and laughed at her, saying she was "so slow" and "incompetent." They had gone through thirteen people in one month and encouraged felons to apply without interviews. They did help her learn the cash register, but only for thirty minutes and then left her alone on 99¢ day. This was her first job, and I encouraged her to quit even though she didn't want to, because I knew what was happening to her wasn't right. After she left, she realized how awful it was. Again - if this is your first job, don't go here. It's very discouraging. read more

I was a huge fan of this place and even more excited that they offered a Veterans discount on Friday, as my husband is a disabled vet. I selected my items showed my husband's credentials and was told he had to be with me. Disappointed to say the least....he doesn't get around well and it's a challenge for him. I surely hope they consider revising this policy. Until then, I'll shop elsewhere. read more

I was there today for crazy 8 day and I got some dvds and they ended with the number 8 so they should of been 88 cents and I even told the cashier and she said yes they are but while I was grabbing my other things from my basket When I wasn't looking she was charging me the full price and I didn't realize till I got home that she didn't give me the discount that they were promoting what's the point of the discounts promotion if they don't even actually do them. read more

This was my first time shopping at Quality Thrift store. I walked in to the sign that read 1/2 off childrens clothes and 1/2 off misc. except blue and white tags, or any item over $23.98 or something close to that price. I shop around tossing garments in my basket to try on, hit the kids section to grab my son a couple pairs of jeans at 3.98, so at 1/2 price i thought that was great. The dressing rooms are sketchy with a curtain that gaps on the sides. I'm not too modest of a person, but it was a bit uncomfortable. I decided I liked.. not "Love", but liked 5 clothing items for me, loose tank top $3, a weird blue skirt $5, belt $3, black button up sweater $5, a pair of shoes $10, 2 pairs of pants for my son $4 each, and 2 household items $7 and $5. The cashier starts ringing me up and I ask about the sale items because miscellaneous can mean anything. I learned it meant non-clothing items, which really tempted me to put almost all of it back. I grabbed a variety of clothes with different colored tags in red, orange, yellow, blue and white, thinking that at least on of these pieces will fall into the half off sale. Another worker there reminded the cashier that the childrens clothes were half off. She continued to ring my items up when i reminded her I had 2 childrens pants. She questioned the obvious fact that they were indeed size 10 regular 2nd grade little boy pants. Who else could fit in then if not a child? She seemed like she didn't want to cancel the transactions and start over. From that point on I was, and still am, confused by the sense she tried to make. She claimed to discount my "misc" (non-clothing) items. Possibly let the belt go for "free" or lower price, I'm really not sure. My total was almost $38 after tax. I told her she wasn't making any sense to me, but if she were in my shoes and was going to walk out happy then I was ok with that. After all she is the cashier and it's her job to know their sales, savings, discounts, etc. I go home to look over my receipt and only recieved the Misc. discount of half off. My savings came up to $6. When in reality, according to their "specials" I should have had $10 off my total ticket. I think they are overpriced, possibly to give us the illusion that we're saving a significant amount of money. One of the pants doesn't fit, so I assume I will be learning about the return policy, and my review on that will follow in the near future. I can only hope I get a different cashier to help me out with that. Also, MISC. is such a vague word that literally means - collection of varios things that aren't usually connected with eachother. It would be in everyones best interest to change "misc" to Non-clothing or household items. read more

Went here today and it was overall pretty great! Love the sales that they offer, especially the $0.99 clothing sale that was going on today (Monday). I found some super cute items and will definitely be back! The only thing that was hard is that the clothing isn't really organized (only by size) so it was hard if you were looking for a specific type of clothing i.e. athletic wear, dresses, etc. Overall, this is definitely one of the better thrift stores in the area! read more

This shop has a large selection and is fairly well organized. The day I went all clothiers except orange tags were $0.99. Not a bad thrift store if you have plenty of money to spend, or live locally and can check back on the specific day of the week that your item is on sale. Pretty typical thrift store. Low prices and they have a special on the last Fri of each month were any tag ending in an "8" sells for 88 cents. Decent selection of frames, inexpensive furniture, and pretty good array of men's and women's clothing. read more

The customer service is horrible. Both the manager and the cashier are extremely rude. The manager yelled across the store at my husband about his vapor because there was residual smoke coming out of it when we walked in the door. Then when asked about the discount that was on the sign the cashier said it wasn't on Saturday's even though the sign says it is. read more

I go to this store because every Monday they have 99 cent day on all clothes except for current tags. So if the color for that Monday is Orange everything but orange is 99 cents. I have found some really great stuff there. It IS a thrift store however. Some times I go in there and find nothing, but if you have some patience and willing to go through the clothes it can be very worth it. I would give it 5 stars, but I feel they are very overpriced on a lot of other things in the store. read more

Found one shirt I absolutely loved, and when I got to the front I was told it didn't have a tag (not my fault), and the lady goes "can't sell it" and flat out chucked it in a trash bin. I told her that it had been my favorite find, and she flat out goes "too bad, not my problem" and moved onto the next customer. Didn't apologize or explain herself once; hardly even made eye contact. I asked if they could maybe hold it for me until it was re-tagged, to which she laughed and muttered something to the other woman at he counter. I left in tears and definitely won't be back.
