The reason why I gave it 3 stars is because the location was absolutely horrible for me. A friend who had taken a test at this location prior had forewarned me that the location is very sketchy and run-down. So, I thought I came ready and prepared, knowing what to look for. Nope! I arrived and was very confused if I was in the right location or not. It didn't look like any businesses would be located here, and I didn't see any big signs (there's a very faded plaque with room numbers if you look closely), no people walking around. I walked around briefly and thought, this can't be it. So I looked on google maps again and it almost looked like the red pin was on the other side of the street, behind the building I was at....so I took off in my car and drove to the other side. Nope, that was indeed a school LOL. It was fenced, so I couldn't walk back to the other side. So...I had to drive back to the other side and run around looking for the test room again. I ended up being slightly late but it didn't seem to matter since it took a long time for everyone else who arrived before me to check in. Tips: - I wouldn't leave any valuables in your car, take them with you since they allow each examinee a locker. Even though the test instructions mention not to bring anything into the exam, I think they should have made it clear that they mean the actual exam room, not the test center. - Look up the building on google maps. Long, old, run-down building. PSI exam room is upstairs. - Don't wear any outerwear with pockets or a hood. You'll have to put it in your locker. Dress in layers.

I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent in California, Florida and Virginia and I have never had a bad experience with any of the many test providers I have used. Let me be clear, in my opinion, this is the worst company on the face of the earth and hundreds of others that have left reviews and or complaints agree with me. The CEO Janet Garcia should step down immediately. This is the 2nd time I have had to deal with this company and the 1st time I had another horrific experience. When I originally called and spoke to customer service for over 45 minutes I was told they don't administer the Washington,DC test any longer and I told the representative that I was looking at the test registration on line and said he spoke to his boss and was 100% certain they don't administer this test any longer (Listen to the call that was recorded)I then proceeded to register for both the National and Sate Washington DC Real Estate Exams that the representative told me he was 100% certain they don't offer anymore. PSI testing knows they can treat you like a criminal, take your money and not provide service's as they are the only people that administer certain tests in specific areas and states. I just received a text from the PSI Scheduling Center that said my test was canceled because of repairs being done on the HVAC Air Conditioning System.. It was 95 degrees out when we went into the Psi testing Center and at least 95-100 Degrees inside the PSI Testing Center. NOW I REALIZE THAT PSI CANT EVEN GET THIER LIES STRAIGHT. THE RECEPTIONIST HAD HER PURSE IN HER HANDS AND WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THE REQUIRED INCIDENT NUMEBR AS THAT WOULD PROVE THE PSI WEBSITE WAS WORKING AND HER AND HER BOSS JUST DECIDED TO LIE TO PEOPLE ABOUT THE WEBSITE BEING DOWN SO THEY COULD GO HOME AND NOT BE SUBJECT TO THE 100 DEGREE HEAT INSIDE THE PSI TESTING CENTER! Beware of PSI Testing Services and be prepared to be disappointed, insulted, and turned away and LIED TO. While waiting, I was told to "get off the floor," despite there being no posted policy restricting where I could stand or sit. I calmly responded that she did not own the entire floor and that I was simply ensuring my brother was able to enter for his exam. When I asked for her name so I could properly address the issue, she refused and stated she did not have to identify herself. That lack of transparency and accountability is concerning in a professional testing environment. I am a Regional Vice President with Primerica and routinely send candidates to PSI for licensing exams. Interactions like this raise serious concerns about how candidates and their families are treated and whether the testing environment is unnecessarily hostile. PSI should address staff training and professionalism immediately.

Coach Asha helped me get together my interp events pretty last minute and I managed to qualify top 15 in California for nationals or NSDA (with a main event of dramatic interpretation). Also, throughout the season I got some specific technical feedback from Coach Shante which really helped me hone in my performance. While Coach Chris helped me get my DI up early in the season which led to me placing fourth at Peninsula. Additionally, Coach Janiel is mostly always at tournaments and gives a killer warm-up that really energizes me and my peers as well as give us a confidence boost admits the inevitable nerves. Furthermore, Coach Forrest and Coach Anna are really good with the younger students as they helped laid a solid foundation for my speech and debate skills going forward. I really started learning public speaking starting with them! And Coach Robert is great at platform events and is extremely detailed in his feedback. In addition, there are Coaches Kavya and Christine that I heard great things about from other peers but haven't worked with them too personally. With QD Learning I've been able to travel to Minneapolis for the National Individual Events Tournament of Champions and Arizona for the National Speech and Debate Association/ Competition as well as local tournaments around the area. In anyways I totally recommend them and have won a lot more tournaments than mentioned. However, the most special part about the QD Learning is the amazing process and journey that it takes you through as you make lifelong connections and work with amazing national champion coaches that take the time to understand your needs.
