He said "We had some late orders come in..." What does that even mean? I asked why I should expect him to show up on time to do the work properly if he got the job? He had a blank look and no answer. Cory was very communicative and prompt on his emails and appointments. He came in, instantly spotted the issue with my grout and quickly went to work sealing it. Very unresponsive for new jobs…read more Tried to set up a small job on 10/30. Frederick reached out right away to ask me additional questions, which I immediately answered. I didn't hear back from a couple of days. Frederick explained to me that they have been busy wrapping up a few jobs, which I understand. He then asked me to meet on 11/2. I agreed. Didn't hear anything from them until 11/6. It's one thing to take time to respond, it's another to ask to meet on your time table and then blow it off.
