Young lady at Verizon store in Columbia MO immediately understood problem (apparently more than a few people experience this.) She was able to show us how to get past the different interface that occurs when Bixby Talkback in charge, and where to change settings to turn it off. Saved us hours of searching for the big clue - use two fingers to swipe not one when the talkback interface is in charge. Great service. Thanks!!
