Well it has been 5 years now that I have been seeing Dr Sacco. I still stand by my first post. She really is amazing. I have seen her business grow. I don't know what I would do without her sometimes. She always fixes me up. And she still tells me that to come and see her when I need. She says I know my body and when it's not doing so well. This time I am in pain because of an injury and I do have to see her again next week. I have been to others in the past where they say come back once a week or twice a week when you feel you don't really need it. Dr Sacco does really care. She is a fantastic Dr that truly does care. I'm happy that her clientele has grown so much. I definitely will always see her. And the staff is amazing as well!! And the gal that did my laser treatment... she was amazing as well. I feel badly because I forgot her name. But if you need treatment I highly, HIGHLY recommend going to see these lovely women. You won't be sorry. read more

I visited the clinic on March 9,2020. I arrived to the clinic 4 minutes late because of road closure for construction. I had to detour but took the wrong road and I was lost because I am terrible with directions. I arrived to the clinic only 4 minutes late not 5 minutes. The first time when I was few minutes late because I was volunteering and couldn't get out on time because the facility called the code red . I can't control these situations and I didn't do it on purpose. I wasn't informed of the penalty $21.25 charge for being late before I go in for my appointment. After the appointment I paid but I didn't realized they charge $ 21.25 ( for being late on top of my treatment fee) because the machine somehow never showed the amount on the screen. I only found out when I requested a receipt. I was upset and requested to talk to the owner. I have to wait for 45 minutes finally I was able to talk to the Clinic Director Emma Sacco. It was the worse experience I ever encounter in my life. I explained to her the reason why I was late and even though if I am late just shorten my appointment 4 minutes or just discharge me and I am okay with that. After talking to her I feel that she is cold and she doesn't care of my situation. I had carpal tunnel and elbows injury since 2016 and saw 3 different surgeons. I wanted to explore other options for treatment before I consider surgery. It would be my last resource. I wanted to try chiropractic treatment. I found this clinic and since then I had few treatments with Dr Claudia Sacco and Dr Kelly Mortimer. I am happy with the treatment I received. After 2 or 3 treatments I started to feel my symptoms of numbness subsided. Dr Claudia and Dr Kelly are exceptionally good, knowledgeable and caring individual. With the outbreak of COVID 19 It is very difficult time for everybody both mentally and financially. I feel the situation is stressful and overwhelm. read more

I've been coming to Dr. Sacco for about a month now for chiropractic care, and she has been absolutely fantastic! She really wants to get to the root of your health issues, and provide integrative care and advice, not just care for your spine. I've been having issues with my thyroid, struggling to get my doctor or ENT specialist to refer me to an endocrinologist, but Dr Sacco was able to assist and get me a referral. It's been a breath of fresh air feeling like someone is finally listening to me and taking all of my concerns into account when treating me. read more

Dr. Claudia Sacco is the best! I had to call into work because my back was out and I could hardly walk, she set up an appointment with me that very morning and worked her magic, she is great! I visited Dr. Sacco today.....Wow, I was impressed how much time she spent with me and how knowledgeable she was. I felt like she really knows her stuff. She would lift one leg and then the other and ask me if I can tell a difference. I totally could. She would push on an edge of my spine and create the pain I was feeling. I have been to a few Chiro's and I could not believe how great she was. I'm going back Monday. I'll let everyone know how the pain in my shoulder blade works out. Already when I lift my shoulders all the horrible cracking (which has been CONSTANT) for a year is gone!!!! read more

I was a patient during my 1st pregnancy, at the old location and was able to call and make appointments. I was basically happy with my service although direct billing to my insurance was a big hassle to get set up. She apologized for the hassle, and I never wrote a bad review because everyone makes mistakes and she was nice about it. This week, I tried to make an appointment on line because I could not reach a person upon many attempts to call...her message does admit that she answers messages only "infrequently". I found a time the next day, was given a name of a massage therapist I could see at that time, filled in the form and pushed the button to book the appointment. The site said I would receive a confirmation email. I did not. So, I tried calling repeatedly to confirm weather I had booked successfully. I never got anyone, so I went to avoid the possibility of being charged for a no show. When I arrived, she was sitting at the reception desk laughing and chatting with a man. She confirmed that she had no booking for me and there were no massage openings. I left, walked downstairs, and then thought to ask about a chiropractic opening. Being pregnant again and in some pretty intense pain, I tried again to call, to avoid going back upstairs and since I knew she was sitting at reception. No one answered. I went back upstairs. She was still sitting there and confirmed that no chiropractic appointments were available. I asked her why she hadn't answered the phone. She said she was with a patient. So I called her on what to me was an obvious lie since I was only downstairs for a minute...not long enough for her to take a patient back, and return to the reception desk where I found her still laughing and chatting with the man. In my opinion, she was rude and defensive. I wrote a bad review, after which she called me repeatedly. I finally answered and she told me to remove my review. She said she had a video. I said, "Great, post it on line and let your clients be the judge." Subsequently, my review was removed. This is my second bad review. I hope it remains here for users to make an informed decision. read more

To put it simply, Dr. Sacco is the best chiropractor I've ever seen. I've been to numerous chiropractors in the city and I've never experienced the care and attention like that of Dr. Sacco. If you are looking for the quick 5 minute in and out type adjustment, she is not the doctor for you. Dr. Sacco takes her time and examines absolutely everything at every appointment.
