When I first met the owner of this business she was working in someone else's office. After my…read moresecond or third session she gave me a new business card and asked if I would support her at her new business. I decided it would be a kind thing to do. This was the last time I saw her in person; over a year ago. Since then she has scheduled my appointments with various strangers of varying quality and skill; never very great. Recently I made an appointment which I planned to attend during my lunch break at work. When I arrived the office was closed and the owner did not answer her phone. A while later I received a text message offering an apology and a future appointment free of charge. A while after that the offer was recinded and I was offered a small discount on my next appointment. At this point I was not keen on booking another appointment. A few weeks later I reluctantly decided I would give the business one last try as my back was quite sore. My appointment was booked with yet another stranger. During the appointment I felt like something was off. In my opinion, the massage was awful and it only lasted 20 minutes. When I went to pay I was handed a bill for a full priced 30 minute massage. After a few minutes the bill was renegotiated to nearly $40 when I had previously been robbed of my lunch hour. "I'm surprised that if you were that upset that you decided to rebook." This is the level at which "Richmond Massage Therapy" operates. So much for valuing your customers time. I urge anyone who reads this review to NOT support this business. I have previously reviewed this business. After posting my thoughts I received a text from the owner warning me that my comments were "legally persuable". I have now decided to post the full story.

Ive been seeing Dr Rachelle and Dr Kresio for over 10 yrs now…read more I ve had some lower back issues over the previous few yrs and hip problems They always ask me what i did the previous week [ before, when i first started seeing them, as a test I wouldnt tell them what hurts to see if they can find it]...and 99% of the time, they did! They'd make an adjustment and I'd immediately, in a few mins feel much better, than the moment i walked in. And sometimes I'd feel better the Next day as my body sometimes needs 12-18hrs to get through that adjustment correction - Im old, so sometimes yes, it takes time to heal and feel better in a day or two. the added bonus about GFC, is that Dr R and Dr K, have a program for sending you info, about training properly for injury / rehabilitation via YouTube videos = exercise's to strengthen your lower body for ex. or sore and lingering pain in your shoulder . Anything you need help with they'll email you about. Next thing, Dr K, will also send you info via Medical journals of studies with for ex) Osteoarthritis and getting injections - so he'll do the research for you with the the pros and cons of getting this done. DO some research YOURSELF like i do to verify his research. He's always spot on! If there's something they cant fix they'll be transparent about it and tell you perhaps , an MRI would tell more of a story for whats ailing you so Please go see your Dr and talk to them about whats wrong. another extra bonus, they also have a recipe e-book they can send you to help you with better eating habits they keep you on track!
