Again buyer beware I never asked you for anything but a quote to remove and replace the existing concrete. I told you upfront when you came to my residence what I was doing with my contractor. I never received the first quote, you never returned any phone calls or emails. So tell me how it is that I asked you to change the quote. AGAIN DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT USING THIS CONTRACTOR. In Idaho you only have to be a registered contractor for concrete work. No State test, No state bond, no insurance required.

Contacted…read morethese people in August of 2024, got a quote, sent a 5 figure deposit, and got a start date of November 4, 2024. They showed up then took 30 minutes and determined that they had made a mistake on their solution and had to revise the plan and go back to engineering. Winter was closing in, so nothing could be done for the rest of the year. Fast forward to Feburary of 2025. I start calling to get an update and am getting no reply. That's calling both the job foreman and the company owner. Finally made contact and was told they were having problems getting an approved solution, but were still trying. In early March they sent me a check for my entire deposit. Still no communication. Apparently they just gave up. My real issue is their utter inability to communicate and inform me of progress or even the lack thereof. I'm not typically one for publicly bad mouthing a contractor, but in this case it I feel its valid.

( five stars so that people can actually read the type of company they will deal with. ) we hired him to pour concrete - he did what he was hired to do but the after math was awful. he had some one come disconnected our ac system so that we can have concrete poured he stated that same company he contracted was going to come next day in the morning to plug it all back in - didnt happen my husband called jesus no answer - texted - no response called him all day long and after 4pm we gave up because he ghosted us- it was not until 6pm that the hvac company came and had said they had reached out to jesus but jesus neglected to let us know anything. with 3 kids and this july heat - he didnt care he also left a mess and damaged our property - he respectfull reach out stating that our landscaper had to pick up the mess he made and we wanted that to be deducted from the cost - immediately he attacked us by saying he would place a lein on the house and he wanted his money - did not even acknowledge the fact that he made a mess and damaged the property. this went on for week and he acted petty and ignorate but was quick to collect and go - worst was that he left a huge mountain of dirty and underneath thought he could hide his mess. just to not have to deal with people like him we paid him and never again will i want to recommend nor do i suggest this company - do your research we obviously had him recommened by a friend thinking it would be a good recommendation little did we know that he just works and goes like a conveyert belt. he over promises and under delivers. he still hasnt came to clean up his concrete mess and was quick to aruge he just wanted to get paid - which he did but it was so wrong what he did - he is lucky to even be in business with the way he works -
